Next Generation Portable Manpack Terminal Provides Commercial
and Government Users Broadband Ka-Band Connectivity
ThinKom’s portable, Flatplate antenna provides high throughput (up to 20
Mbps Downlink at 12 dB/K G/T and 3 Mbps Uplink at 41 dBW EIRP) and highly
efficient use of transponder bandwidth (1-2 bits/Hz). The small form factor
terminal fits into a single, airline checkable case and weighs less than 35 lbs.
There is no assembly required and the antenna is fast and easy to align and
stabilize. The broadband terminal supports full international Ku-Band
frequency coverage.
