Trading Terms
PRICES
Pricing in this catalogue is
effective from 1st August
2015. Prices charged will be
those ruling at times of invoice
excluding GST, and are subject
to change without notice.
All prices are in USD.
LEAD TIME PRODUCTION
All products will take minimum
10 weeks production for
minimum order quantity. This
lead time is subject to change
depends on the order quantity
and will be noticed upon down
payment invoice delivery.
MINIMUM INVOICE VALUE
& DELIVERY
Minimum initial order value
$1000 excluding GST.
Minimum reorder value $500
excluding GST. Orders can be
made up of items from Batik
Fractal Community catalogues.
SHIPPING COST
All product prices are not
including shipping cost.
Shipping cost will be informed
on invoice.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
"MOQ" in catalogue refers to
the minimum quantity that
must be ordered per item.
TITLE
Batik Fractal Community
retains legal title to the goods
supplied until the purchase
price of the goods has been
paid in full by the purchaser.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made within
7 days of invoice date & must
quote the invoice number.

RETURNS
Authorisation must be
received from Batik Fractal
Community prior to the return
of any goods. Accompanying
documentation must quote
the authorisation number,
invoice number, invoice date,
full product details, quantity
claimed & reason for return.
PAYMENT TERMS
40% down payment (before
GTS) from total order is
mandatory and expected to be
received in maximum 10
working days after invoice
date. Full payment is expected
to be made in maximum 10
working days after order
received
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of any order to
be supplied by Batik Fractal
Community will be considered
as confirmation of acceptance
of these trading terms.
Committed to the handmade
and application of natural
products, we use Indigo leaves
and Tengar woods as coloring
agents.
You can see the uneven color
as the result of a handmade
process which creates
uniqueness to each piece of
product.
All fabrics are using cotton
with cotton and rayon lining
for some products and corks
for the coaster. We use cotton
yarn for the macrame.
Batik as Indonesia national
icon and pride is using hot wax
as resist dye agent in the
coloring process.
Designed with technology by
utilizing the award-winning
jBatik Software, these delicate
natural batik are 100%
handmade, each made with
the combination of technology
and tradition.
Batik Fractal Community in
Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
is a women and youth
empowerment program of
Piksel Indonesia Company.
Dedicated to creating natural
dye batik products, this year
we introduce the first collection of Batik Fractal Home.
Combining Indonesian style
with modern country Western
style, we take inspiration from
the 70's design trend. The use
of hand braid macrame to
complete the batik look
creates the relaxing and
natural look to an entire room
decoration.

Kembang Setaman Pattern
Kembang Setaman in Indonesian means
Blossom Garden, referring to the flower pattern
on this batik collection.
Indigo color is one of the most famous natural
colors in the world. The ladies of Batik Fractal
Community fall in love with this color for its
soothing and calming effect to the whole room
interior. Therefore, dyeing with indigo is always
satisfying and bring joy for these talented artisans.
Bintang Gemintang Pattern
Originated from traditional Kawung pattern that
modified into the star shape, Bintang Gemintang
represents Flock of Stars.
For this pattern, we use the combination of
Tengar woods and Indigo leaves to bring out the
avocado-mint color. We find this energizing green
color brings the excitement to the room
ambiance.
Elang Melayang Pattern
Batik is famous for the animal patterns especially
bird. Elang Melayang is Flying Falcon and it
illustrates the heavenly creatures in batik. The
brown color is enhancing woody and foresty color
to the room interior. Using Tengar woods as
natural color, we want to delineate the warm
mood to the entire room.
