vehicle, and your vehicle to everything that’s important to you. Benefit from intelligent solutions
for your everyday driving and gain yourself some time to deal with the main priority: you.
A comprehensive range of Mercedes connect me Standard Services is available to you,
making life easier for you where it counts: whether vehicle diagnosis and Telediagnostics,
for example; or Breakdown Management and Accident Recovery; or the emergency call
system for rapid assistance in the event of an emergency — the Standard Services give
you professional assistance in every situation.
With the optional Remote Online services you can manage your Mercedes with the greatest
of ease using your smartphone. Services such as the Parked Vehicle Locator, Geofencing,

Just follow these easy steps:
1. G
o to www.mercedes.me or scan in this QR code.
Click on the “Login to Mercedes me portal” button at
the top of your screen.
2. In the next step you can start your registration.
Select the field “Register”.

3. Enter your data and check the box
“I accept the Terms of Use”.
4. You will now receive a confirmatory email at the email
address you gave. Please click on the link “Complete
registration” that you will see in this email.
5. You have now set up your Mercedes me account.
6. Now choose your own personal password to complete the
registration process. When entering a password, please bear in
mind the password requirements relating to online security.

7. You are now in the official section of the Mercedes me world.
You will find an overview of all the services available in the
Mercedes me portal — this is also where you can enter the
details of your Mercedes-Benz vehicle in order to take
advantage of the many offers specific to your vehicle.
8. To activate and use the individual connect me services, you
simply have to tick the relevant Terms of Use. To do this,
login to Mercedes me and click on “Accept Terms of Use”.
If you haven’t already entered your address details,
you will need to do this first.

9. Click on “Edit” and then on “Add information”.
Enter the missing data and click on “Save and continue”.
10. T o activate the services you want, click on “Edit” and then
on “I have read and I accept the Terms of Use”. You can
reverse your acceptance at any time.

member of the servicing team so that we can connect
up your vehicle for the services requested on your
account.

– motor vehicle registration certificate
– email address for your Mercedes me account

Mercedes me portal and manage your user data.
