Orion Cobalt is presenting its new look
and extended 16 line amplifiers which
includes: three (2) channels, two
mono-channel Class AB, four
amplifiers of (4) channels, two of (5)
channels amplifiers and five Class D
amplifiers for subwoofers.
This new line will cover not only a
wide variety but also the satisfaction
of everyone; from the end consumer
to our dealers and distributors.
The new Cobalt amplifiers handle
power ratings starting from the 300
watts up to a very powerful Class D
for woofers capable to handle 5000
watts @ 1 ohm.

ORION COBALT MIDRANGES
In the Cobalt series, Orion introduces an extensive line
up of midranges in 6”, 8”, 10” inches to the market.
The Cobalt midranges offer to the customer the most
efficience technology already proven in our labs and
street testing vehicles for the best price in the market.
In 2015 Orion decides to add more power and efeciency
to the cobalt series by incorporating new techonology
in these midranges. The use of new technolgy places
us among the top midranges value for quality in the
market, leading the industry staying one step ahead of
the competition.
For 2015 Orion will have 3 types of midranges in this
entry level series, the fisrt one being the already
known CM type that has been so well received since
its introduccion last year. The CM series, which uses a
bullet tweeter in the center, also offers an excellent
price and very competitive price-value relation. No other
brand or product compares to it in the market.
The second and newer is the C-DC type, which unlike
the CM Series, it does not carry a bullet in the middle
but instead a dust cap in order to achive a very high mid
bass that will compliment the sound quality to the max
without having to expend an extra dollar.
The third type is the CSB midrange that comes in a
sealed basket and works at very high frequencies for
which does not have the need of a custom box. They can
be installed directly to any speaker tray or door panel
and obtain a very strong midrange and mid-high at a
very accessible cost and with an incredible power.

The new woofers come with a series of
improvements to the benefit of the consumer:
more efficiency, better power and a much

Some of the changes made to the new
innovative woofers include: a change of the
surround, the increase of the travelling
excursion, a much better low frequency
response and, a new and innovative voice coil
that being an entry level woofer, it is the only
one in the industry to offer it; making the real

the Dual Voice Coils series (DVC) that extends

The first innovation Orion XTR Nano
Force brings is the most extensive line up
of mini amplifiers in the world. It offers
more models than any other brand to
adjust to the requirements of all
installers and users around the world by
meeting their needs and expectations.
XTR Nano Force continues to impress by
offering their power in watts RMS in their
mono-channels. The power is calculated
at 13.8 volts @0.5thd something that no
other brand can do as most of them
calculate their power at 14.4 v @1% thd.
This means that XTR Nano Force
amplifiers are changing the way we look
at mini amplifiers by always giving you
more power and sound quality than any
other current amplifier you can find in
today’s market. At least 20% to 25%
more power is offered compared to
calculating voltage and distortion versus
real power and efficiency.

installer. Now with (4) 2 channels
amplifiers, (5) 4 channels
amplifiers and (4) mono channel
for subwoofer this lineup will
allow you to enjoy the music

The XTR series innovates by
offering the best power in their
Class D mono subwoofer
amplifier series which is
calculated at only 12.6 Volt.
This indicates that the amplifiers
contain a very wide and real power
together with a high efficiency and
quality sound.
The (4) channels and (2) channels
amplifiers of higher power were
modified by incorporating a system
in the high pass cut, that allows to
multiply by 10 its frequency and
elevate it up to 15 KHZ.

The new XTR crossovers increase
the range of products to help you
refine and adjust the quality and
power of the sound system in your
car.
Crossovers allow you to adjust the
most accurate frequencies for your
tweeters, mids and subwoofers and
even full range frequencies in the
case of the XTR-X4R.
The XTR-X3R model offers the
customer a very precise and
professional frequency cut in 3
ways; low, mid and high while the
XTR-X4R model offers the option of
4 ways that includes all of the above
mentioned plus a full range output.
The XTR-X4R in its high section
allows the car audio enthusiast a
frequency cut of up to 12 khz in
order to achieve a very precise,
clean and very professional high
frequency.
Both models offer the customer the
option of band pass cut or high pass
cut only in their mid-range
frequency whichever is need it.

Orion has transformed the HCCA
amplifiers to a super powerful sound
machine.
In the new class D HCCA amplifiers for
woofers, the power is being calculated at
only 12.6 volts and only with a 0.5% THD
which makes these amplifiers very
powerful ones. They are truly sound
monsters starting at 5000 watts RMS up
to the super powerful HCCA 20000.1D
that gives an amazing and truly twenty
thousand watts; something really and
unbelievably amazing. All the (4) channels
and (2) channels were modified by
incorporating a high pass cut system that
allows you to multiply by (10) the
frequency and take it all the way to 15khz.
