Aspire Conferences for Women
is dedicated to helping the local women’s community with
various women’s nonprofit organizations that help empower women.
2013 Aspire Conferences for Women Featured Non-Profit Sponsor This year,
we have chosen a women’s organization that is only a year old, however it has impacted
many women and has provided culture to Las Vegas as well. The organization is
Women In Music and Arts (WIMA) Foundation “Empowering Artists of All Ages
Through Education and Mentorship.”
The WIMA Foundation’s mission is to help individuals and artists achieve their highest
potential within the global communications, media and entertainment industries, while
preserving the legacy of women and artists within these industries worldwide.
WIMA Foundation is an organization comprising of dynamic and influential professionals
in the performing, visual and literary arts, whose mission is to provide opportunities
to benefit artists of all ages through education and mentorship including social
networking online and in person through website promotions, business associations,
mixers, showcases, seminars, conferences, collaborative multi-media projects, books, albums,
films, television specials, documentaries, fund-raisers, charitable events, WIMA Foundation
for the Arts scholarships and community out-reach programs.
Their nonprofit status is pending, and is temporary under the umbrella of Southern Nevada Youth
Alliance until WIMA receives their 501(3)c status which should be within the month.

Sponsor Understandings
License and Usage
Sponsor hereby grants ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s trade names,
trademarks, service marks and other proprietary information [the “Proprietary Information”] owned by the Sponsor. ASPIRE
CONFERENCES LLC agrees that the Proprietary Information will be used only in connection with the 2013 Event to
provide the benefits set forth in the Proposal and such other benefits as Sponsor and ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC agree.
ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC use of the Proprietary Information is subject to the approval of the Sponsor’s designated
representative, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Sponsor Understandings
Sponsor understands as follows: the dollar values set forth in the Proposal are estimates are based upon
general sponsorship information available to ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC, the audience multiplier is
based upon estimates of ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC attendance and actual attendance figures may vary
materially. No portion of the sponsorship cash payment or in-kind services are subject to being refunded for
any reason except as provided herein. Sponsorships are not exclusive unless otherwise set forth in the Proposal.
Termination
ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC may terminate this contract on 30 days written notice. In the event of termination for any
reason other than failure to provide contracted fees or services, ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC may substitute an event
with equivalent benefits with the approval of the Sponsor or shall refund any cash fee received from Sponsor by ASPIRE
CONFERENCES LLC Sponsor shall not terminate this agreement without the approval of ASPIRE CONFERENCES LLC.
Amendments
This agreement may be amended only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by Nevada law and is binding upon all of the parties’ successors and assigns.
In order to be in our ad in the Las Vegas Magazine we need a commitment from you no later than Oct. 5th!
