BlueCore™ Product Introduction INTRODUCTION Based upon a protected formulation of citric fruit terpenes, BlueCore™ is an all-‐natural, 100% biodegradable, and completely non-‐toxic liquid with broad applications. The product has been certified completely organic by IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements), is Kosher Certified, non-‐carcinogenic, non-‐mutagenic and its ingredients are all generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). BlueCore’s broad effectiveness provides impressive results in a wide range of operations and public facilities including, Hotels, Restaurants, Health Centers, Offices / Office Equipment, Food Processing Plants, Stockyards, and a host of other venues with odor, biological exposure, and pest issues. Applied as a spray, liquid additive, or hand-‐wiped, BlueCore™ remains effective for extended periods without reapplication or residues, can be mixed with other products, is non-‐
corrosive, non-‐flammable, non-‐reactive, requires no special precautions or personal protective equipment, and does not create human danger if dosage or dilution is exceeded. PRODUCT LINES The BlueCore™ backbone is used to create five (5) products. Each product is made with different formulation and intended for different applications. The BlueCore™ product line includes a sanitizer, disinfectant, deodorizer, hydrolyzer, and a pest repellant. BlueCore™ Sanitizer. On contact, the sanitizer effectively eliminates fungi, mycotoxins produced by fungi, yeasts, bacteria (gram negative and positive), spores, viruses (e.g., Dengue, Hantavirus, Influenza [AH1N1, B, & C], equine encephalitis or West Nile virus, enterovirus, etc.) and more. BlueCore™ Disinfectant. The disinfectant effectively controls the spread of disease-‐causing organisms within a short period of time, usually within 10 minutes, after application. Its formulation is a diluted form of the sanitizer. BlueCore™ Deodorizer. The deodorizer is an extremely effective agent for the elimination of a wide array of odors, including smells emanating from ammonia, smoke, food, trash, and almost any other undesirable odor. With an impressive diffusion capacity, the deodorizer quickly eliminates odors within a standard size room or area using one or two sprays from a common manual pump spray bottle. BlueCore™ Hydrolyzer. The hydrolyzer is powerful all natural agent to prevent the buildup of grease and fats on floors, grease traps, venting systems, pipes and other surface areas. The hydrolyzer can be used to liquefy or hydrolyze old grease of fatty buildup for easy removal and continued easy maintenance. The pest control agent kills most insect and pest larvae, eliminates food sources of pests and, thus, controls and eliminates mature pest infestations. BlueCore™ Pest Control can be used to effectively eliminate mosquito, bed bug, and other troublesome pest infestations. APPLICATIONS & COMMERCIAL USES BlueCore™ is currently deployed in a number of commercial applications demonstrating its broad usefulness. The product is very cost effective, can be delivered in bulk and large concentrated containers, is easy to dilute and maintains an extended shelf life. Cheese Manufacturing. BlueCore™ is used by a Mexican dairy and cheese producer, Quesos La Risueña, to improve its finished cheese packaging process and to extend its early product shelf life. Risueña dips in finished cheese products in a BlueCore™ solution prior to packaging, which eliminates product-‐spoiling bacteria, ensures more stable and safe finished packaging procedure, and extends product shelf life to a desired degree. Sugar Production. BlueCore™ has been adopted by eleven (11) sugar mills in Mexico and Central America for the control of feedstock spoilage and more effective sucrose production. BlueCore™ is applied to sugar cane feedstock that has been staged for processing and has dramatically slowed or eliminated cane percentage spoilage prior to entering the milling process. Within the milling process, BlueCore™ is substituted for the common processing additives (e.g., dithiocarbamate, chlorine dioxide, or quaternary ammonium salts) and provides more effective production of sucrose, eliminates process downtime, and significantly reduces equipment maintenance activities. It’s primary action is to eliminate Leuconostoc bacteria and the resulting G6PD enzyme of the bacteria that drives unwanted process byproducts that act to reduce pure sucrose production (see attached data “El Potrero Sugar Cane Mill”). Hotel & Hospitality. BlueCore™ is currently being successfully used for a wide array of applications within the Tryp Hotel in Mexico City, a Wyndham Hotel brand facility. BlueCore™ is used to provide better and more consistent odor control, is used to sanitize bathroom areas, is applied to laundry processes for linen disinfection, is used on food surfaces and food storage areas in hotel restaurants, and is applied to room carpets and mattresses to ensure the prevention of pest infestation, particularly exposure to bed bugs. Shrimp Management. BlueCore™ is currently used to eliminate a traditionally difficult shrimp fungus in seven (7) shrimp nurseries in New Caledonia, 750 miles off the coast of Australia. The shrimp nurseries had deployed a number of methods in attempts to control the fungus problem, including aircraft flyover applications of expensive chemicals, without success. BlueCore™ is applied in the larval stages of shrimp production and has eliminated the occurrence of the fungus through to mature shrimp development and has, thus, eliminated the shrimp spoilage problem. BlueCore™ is currently used by ETN / TuriStar, and high end bus and tour company in Mexico City, for sanitization and deodorization of their vehicle fleet. BlueCore™ products have been proven less expensive, easier and more timely to apply, more effective, and do not create troublesome residues, do not cause rust or fabric harm, and provide a superior passenger experience without toxic chemical exposure. Point of Presence Hand Sanitizer. BlueCore™ has been adapted as a hand sanitizer and has been initially deployed at the ticket counters of Volaris Airlines, in Mexico City. The formulation has been well received and provides more effective sanitization than the competitors, with a more pleasant fragrance, without using glycerin carriers, and providing a more persistent and longer lasting protection against disease-‐causing microbes. In addition to the above commercial applications, BlueCore™ can be deployed to eliminate the use of chlorine in pools, can be added to the manufacture of wallboard for the control or elimination of mold, can be used in backyard / outdoor misting systems for the non-‐toxic control of mosquitos, may be applied to control or eliminate agricultural diseases such as the Panama Disease (TR4) fungus causing banana damage worldwide, and a host of other productive uses. SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT INIFAP, the Mexican National Institute of Forestry, Agriculture and Livestock Research, conducted laboratory testing of BlueCore™ and its effectiveness against fungi and bacteria, in 2010. The study (copy attached, with English translation) used strains of fungi and bacteria representative of microbial subcategories that are generally recognized as the more difficult and prevalent microbes occurring in everyday human activity. The study demonstrates the sanitizing and disinfecting efficacy of BlueCore™ in varying concentrations. PRODUCTION CAPACITY & PRICING Currently, BlueCore™ can be manufactured to accommodate orders of 30 to 40 tons of product per month. With greater distribution and volume requirements, BlueCore™ production capacity can be scaled to accommodate monthly production needs many orders of magnitude greater. Depending upon the application and required dilutions, GreenHawk can profitably distribute BlueCore™ products at pricing levels representing less than a penny per ounce. As expected, bulk orders reduce pricing. RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRODUCT Currently, GreenHawk is a U.S. sub-‐licensee of the exclusive license holder of BlueCore™, QFC North America, LLC. World Water Group, Inc. works in joint venture with GreenHawk for the commercialization of GreenHawk’s entire suite of environmental technologies. World Water Group is a minority shareholder of GreenHawk. BlueCore™ is a GreenHawk owned brand for the product in the United States and Canada. Material submited for biotest: BlueCore Bio-‐3107 Type of biotest: Assessment of the product BlueCore Bio-‐3107 placed in a culture media made of Papa-‐Dextrose-‐
Agar and its response to the fungi Phytophthora capsici, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium sp, and Trichoderma sp, and the bacteria Erwinia sp, Pseudomonas sp and Xanthomonas sp. Methodology: The product BlueCore Bio-‐3107 was placed in a PDA (papa-‐dextrose-‐agar) culture media. The treatments shown in Table 1 were applied at the time of emptying the culture media in Petri dishes at a temperature of 30 to 40 oC. Once the different doses were applied to the culture media, they were left still to cool for solidification. Once the culture media solidified, the Petri dishes were labeled and then the fungi Phytophthora capsici, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium sp, and Trichoderma sp, and the bacteria Erwinia sp, Pseudomonas sp and Xanthomonas sp were individually planted. Once sown, they all were submitted to incubation at 25 oC during 15 days (the biotests started on October 26, 2010). Daily observations were made, and in order to verify the behavior of the involved microorganisms in contact with the product BlueCore Bio-‐3107, the attached photographs were taken on November 9, 2010. Further observations were made until November 29, 2010. Page 1 of 4 Table 1.
