1. HOME Home page for user (appraisee)
Default page for user (appraisee) contain current status for their appraisal assessment. Status is
indicated with incomplete and complete check mark (/).
Adobe Acrobat Reader also can be download here. It is used to read all report generated from
the system.

2. MY ASSESSMENT My assessment is design only for user to appraise/view their personal assessment.
Performance appraisal system is divided in 3 phase which is:

Planning Phase
b. Mid Year Review
c.
Year End Review

2.1 PLANNING PHASE During planning phase, user required to fill up the KPI and weightage. Total up weightage must
equal to 100.
Total weightage appear at the top of section. There are 4 type of main KPI to be filled up, which
is:
a. Financial
b. Customer
c.
Internal Process
d. Learning and Growth
Weightage % in the picture is auto sum from sub weightage of each KPI sub weightage.
Total of 4 KPI Main should equal to 100.

Each main KPI would have maximum 8 of sub KPI. Each sub KPI weightage will automatically
sum to be Weightage %. Total Weightage of 4 main KPI should be equal to 100.
At the bottom pages, summary of KPI weightage is listed as reference purposes.

2.2 MID YEAR REVIEW During mid year review, user can only read or view their personal records.
Input for this section is done by respective appraiser or reviewer of user.

2.3 YEAR END REVIEW During year end review, there are 5 sections to do assessment.
2.3.1 My KPI Assessment My KPI Assessment is design for user to complete their own KPI assessment. (If agree by
respective appraiser/reviewer)
If the user KPI weightage is not complete, system will prompt at user interface the message “KPI
Weightage is not complete. Please continue here”. Click on the link and system will divert user
interface to KPI weightage screen and let user to complete the weightage.
Assessment summary show all KPI Main weightage and the score at the top of the section.

Step-by-step to do KPI assessment:
1. Select KPI Main
2. Selected KPI Main will load all sub KPI description and the sub weightage.
3. User only required to fill up value in the green section. (Refer Rating Score Scale).
4. Click “Click here for Rating Score scale” to get to know the ranking of each target met.
5. System will automatically calculate the user ranking and it score. Repeat the same step
for other KPI Main until complete. See Total KPI Score at Assessment Summary.

2.3.2 My Area Need Improvement My Area Need Improvement is design only for appraiser or reviewer to write their comment. For
user, it is available as read only page.
In this read only page, user is allowed to print the records.
2.3.3 My Core Values My Core Values is design only for appraiser or reviewer to do assessment and write their
comments. For appraise, it is available as read only page.

There are 5 levels to measure the core values. Refer the list above.
Fill up demonstrated column to evaluate the core values score.
Above is a summary of overall core values score.

2.3.4 My Overall Performance Overall performance is summarize of all assessment in the system. Additional Contribution is
available for appraisee/appraiser/reviewer to fill up their comments.
Overall performance rating is categories in 5 scales which will be automatically rate by the system.
See the yellow indicator to know your overall performance rating.

2.3.5 My Final Remarks My Final Remarks is available for user to give any comments for their overall assessment.
User can only write their comment in Appraisee’s Remarks on Overall Assessment section. On
other section is remain read only and available for appraiser or reviewer to write their comments.

3. MY REPORTS User can generate personal report for their current assessment here.
Select report type and click Preview button.
Choose to Open with Adobe Acrobat or Save file to local directory.
