RV RULES

Welcome to Las Vegas Motor Speedway!
We’re glad you’re here and hope you enjoy the schedule of events
planned during your visit. Please read the enclosed information
very carefully to make your visit to LVMS enjoyable and safe. The
following rules will be strictly enforced by LVMS Security and the
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
LVMS owns and controls all rights to space locations for all events
at the track. Motorhome parking passes are temporary licenses
for the space and time period that is printed on the pass. This
permit licenses the holder to park one (1) vehicle in the assigned
area for the event specified. Commercial activities of any kind
are prohibited without prior written permission from Speedway
Motorsports Inc. or LVMS.
Park at your own risk; SMI/LVMS and their officers, agents,
employees and affiliates are not liable for any loss of any kind to
vehicle or other property of the permit holder. Acceptance of this
permit constitutes acknowledgment by holder that he/she has read
and consents to the terms herein.
Due to constant improvements, there is no guarantee that your
space will remain the same.
GUIDELINES FOR MINORS
We want everyone to have a great time here at LVMS so please
keep your children’s safety in mind during the event.
The curfew for minors is 10 p.m. daily.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
after 10 p.m.
For the safety of your children please keep them within eye contact
at all times.
If a minor is caught out after the designated time, the RV owner
will be given a written warning.
Continued violation may result in forfeiture of RV passes and
removal from LVMS property.

WELCOME
RV RULES AND REGULATIONS
•N
o golf carts, quads, dirt bikes, scooters, skateboards, Segways
or any other similar personal transportation devices. This
includes licensed vehicles that may be street legal. Licensed
street motorcycles are permitted with the proper support
vehicle pass affixed.
•N
o weapons, fireworks, or any items that can cause harm to
other individuals.
•N
o box trucks, cube vans, pods, tents of any kind, flatbed
trailers, or enclosed trailers that are not being used as sleeping
quarters. LVMS provides a free trailer storage lot at our go-kart
track inside of Entry 1.
•N
o live bands, DJs, or external speakers. LVMS reserves the
right to determine what is an excessive noise level.
•N
o unauthorized marketing, commerce, product sampling
or displays. Guests who wish to conduct commerce while on
LVMS property must make arrangements with the LVMS Sales
Department by calling 702.632.8254.
•N
o parking in the roadways. All vehicles must be inside the
designated space.
• No lewd behavior.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
TRASH PICKUP
Place your full bags of trash near the service road by your RV
space by 6 a.m. daily.
GENERATORS
All portable generators must be turned off during quiet hours.
All vehicle and generator exhaust must be expelled safely into
roadways or above the highest window of nearby RVs. LVMS
highly recommends you equip your generator with an exhaust
flow pipe.

Each of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway RV lots will open at noon
on Monday, Feb 29. LVMS highly recommends that you arrive no
later than Thursday, March 3 to avoid delays.

VEHICLE PASSES
All RV passes and tow passes must be securely attached to the
outside of the driver’s side windshield so that they are clearly
visible from the service road (NO adhering with tape). Each
vehicle must have the appropriate credential. Passes are not
transferable and are not valid for entry into other RV lots. Any
duplication of decals is prohibited and will result in removal of the
violator from LVMS property, cancellation of RV reservations for
future races without refund and/or criminal prosecution.
A maximum of two (2) motorcycle passes may be purchased.
Motorcycles must fit within the designated RV space and must be
properly licensed street bikes only.
PASSES CANNOT BE LAMINATED. You will be charged a reprint
fee per pass that has to be replaced for any reason.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
ADDITIONAL VEHICLE LOTS
Additional vehicles with be allowed within certain RV lots.
• General AVL – $50
• Infield – $99*
• Checkered Flag – $75*
• Boulevard D – $75*
There will be designated areas set up specifically for this. These
vehicles will not be allowed at the individual RV spaces. The
ORIGINAL AVL Lot will still be available for $50 and may be
purchased by contacting the ticketing office at 1.800.644.4444
from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. After 5 p.m. (during race week),
you may purchase them at the Boulevard D lot inside Entry 9.

INFIELD RV LOT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
All infield RVs will be searched prior to entering the infield. LVMS
strongly suggests you check in no later than Thursday, March 3.
Please follow the directions below that fit the time you arrive and
the space you are assigned when applicable.
Important – Traffic is not permitted to enter the LVMS Infield
during the outbound traffic flow on any event day.
Suggested route for all Infield RVs:
Arrive via Las Vegas Boulevard:
• Turn into Entry 4.
• Travel approximately 50 yards.
• Turn left at the sign marked Infield RV lot inspection area.
•F
ollow instructions provided by the LVMS security guards and
wait for the mandatory vehicle inspection.
•U
pon successful completion of the inspection, a credential will
be affixed to your windshield, allowing you to proceed to your
assigned space.
•G
uests who purchase Neon Garage Passes will be able to enter
the grandstands and re-enter the Neon Garage through the
Neon Garage Pedestrian Tunnel.
Support vehicles greater than 22 feet in length are not permitted
to enter the Infield RV lot. These vehicles will be required to park
in the AVL lot with the required pass.

INFIELD RV LOT INFORMATION
SPECIAL INFIELD RV INSTRUCTIONS
Available options to access the grandstands and fan
engagement area:
Walk through the vehicle tunnel to Checkered Flag Lane. From
there it is a short walk to Ticket Gate A. Make sure you have your
infield wristband on for re-entry.
Tram service to the ticket office. There are two Infield RV tram
stops located at opposite ends of the garages. Please keep in
mind that the infield trams do not operate after the event ends.
Walk through the fenced walkway located next to the Infield
Care Center near turn 1. From this location you will be able to
proceed across the speedway and climb the stairs placed next
to the flag stand. Please note this route will be open ONLY on
Sunday from 7 a.m. until 11 a.m. for grandstand access.
LVMS will open the Neon Garage to the public after Victory Lane
celebrations on Saturday and Sunday allowing return access to
the Infield RV Lot for at least one hour.
Guests who are confined to a wheelchair may call 702.632.8006
for transportation through Fan Assistance.
Guests who purchase Neon Garage Passes will be able to enter
the grandstands and re-enter the Neon Garage through the Neon
Garage Pedestrian Tunnel.
INFIELD EMERGENCY EVACUATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not leave the track until you are notified to do so. Listen to
the track public address system on 102.9 FM.
• Do not attempt to leave the infield in your vehicle. Your best
means of transportation is by foot.
• Each emergency exit will be manned by LVMS staff members.
Look for the flashing yellow lights to find an exit.
PRIMARY EXIT – Main tunnel
SECONDARY EXIT – Turn 3 emergency track gate
• If you are injured or unable to walk to safety, please notify
LVMS safety personnel for assistance.
• LVMS staff will notify you when it is safe to return to the infield.

PARKING TYPES
Horseshoe type parking of RVs is permitted, except that an
unobstructed view and clear lane from the service road must be
kept open at all times. See Appendix A. LVMS reserves the right
to make changes to any parking pattern deemed unsafe.
AERIAL DEVICES
FAA regulations prohibit the use of kites, sky lanterns, drones or
any other radio-controlled aerial devices. They are not permitted
on LVMS property.
CARBON MONOXIDE
WARNING: Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning is possible with
camping equipment. Carbon monoxide is a poisonous gas that
you cannot see or smell, but carbon monoxide fumes can be
harmful or fatal. Follow equipment instructions, and if your
equipment detects carbon monoxide, remove yourself from the
area and notify LVMS Security at 702.632.8029.

RV Camping Open Fire Rules & Regulations
•F
ully enclosed UL Listed cooking pits/outdoor fire pits
are permitted.
•N
O OPEN FIRES and/or barrel fires are permitted. This includes
homemade tubs, dryer tubs, 55-gallon drums, and any nonapproved burning device.
• 1/4 cord of wood is permitted in camping area.
• Fire extinguishers within easy reach are required.
•F
ires located within 20 feet of flammable substances are
not permitted.
• Do not leave a fire unattended.

LVMS has coordinated with specific service companies to
conveniently handle your requests. Please see the list below
and contact the appropriate group with your service request.
Please note, portable restrooms are placed in the lot for your
convenience, and will not be moved to accommodate a specific
party. You may rent one (1) from A Company listed below.

Showers are FREE for RV Customers
Boulevard RV Lot: There are two (2) locations for the Boulevard
RV lot. One (1) is in Lot A across the street from Gate G. One (1)
in Lot D located within the lot on the corner of Speedway Blvd
and LV Blvd.
Burn Out RV Lot: Once you enter the lot, showers will be located
down on your left hand side.
Bullring RV Lot: Located on the left of the permanent restroom
building in the center of the lot.
Checkered Flag RV Lot: Located next to Rows D, E, and F.
Infield RV Lot: Located across from the Turn 4 Garage.
Turn 1 RV Lot: Use the one in Checkered Flag RV Lot.
Turn 3 RV Lot: Use the one in Boulevard Lot A or D.
**ADA Accessible Showers are located in Boulevard Lot A**

SCAFFOLDING/ROOF PLATFORMS
Scaffolding or custom-built RV roof platforms are permitted.
NO FREE-STANDING STRUCTURES. The scaffolding/roof
platform must be over the RV. You must have a handrail installed
and the height of the floor deck must not exceed 13’ 6”. If a
scaffold or platform is blocking the view of a TV camera, you
will be asked to lower it. Shade tents and/or umbrellas are not
permitted on the RV roof platform. Space holder assumes all risk
and liability in the use of such structures. LVMS reserves the right
to determine that a structure is permissible.
PETS
Please be considerate to others and pick up after your pets. All
pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.
FLAGPOLES
No flashing lights on RVs or flagpoles. Flagpoles must be
securely attached to your vehicle.

MISCELLANEOUS INFO
BICYCLES
Bicycles are permitted to be operated on LVMS property under
the following guidelines:
• Use common sense while operating your bike.
•D
o not ride or carry bicycles on the superspeedway, any of
the surrounding race tracks, or in the grandstands of those
facilities.
• Obey all posted signage.
• Operator assumes all responsibility.
• Bicycles are not to be ridden after 11 p.m.
•P
arents must keep their bicycle-riding children within their
eyesight at all times. The curfew for minors is 10 p.m. daily.

POST-RACE DEPARTURE
All RV lots are held for a minimum of three (3) hours after the
event ends. The vehicle gates for the RV lots will remain CLOSED
during this time. In order to ensure the safety of pedestrian
traffic, please be patient and wait for LVMS Security to open the
exit gates. Guests will not be permitted to access LVMS property
during this time and will have to wait until after the outbound
traffic is completed before being allowed to access LVMS
property. All campers must be removed from LVMS property
no later than noon on Monday, March 7.

You may contact Fan Assistance 24 hours a day at 702.632.8006
or text Vegas <space> Location & Details to 69050. For
urgent or emergency matters, please contact LVMS Security at
702.632.8029. Please have your space number and the name of
your RV lot available when you call to expedite arrival.
RADIO BROADCAST
Tune to 102.9 FM to listen to the PA broadcast of the event.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
Tent camping is not permitted at LVMS. You may have an EZ-Up
or awning that is securely anchored to the ground or RV. All such
items must be taken down if wind speed exceeds 15 m.p.h.

• ADA Shuttles will run until 9:30 p.m. for guests attending the Kobalt Kampout
