For academic courses, feedback is sought from the students in the middle of the
semester. For other activities such as the Library, Canteen, Transport and
Maintenance, Hostel, etc, students are members of the various committees for
providing their feedback.
An overall exit feedback is also taken from the students when they pass out of
the college. Alumni are interacting and giving feedback regularly twice a year.
Different committees formally instituted deal with matters of concern for
students, including areas such as anti ragging, women's welfare and Hostel
welfare and Canteen Committee. The institution also has a Students Association
to formally participate in meetings and provide feedback to the relevant
authorities in the college. Regular meetings with parents are arranged twice in
a year so that the voice of the students can be heard through the parents also and
their problems solved.

The concept of faculty advisors is being followed in the institution.
As per this, a faculty member would be allotted 22 to 25 students
from a class for the purpose of personal interaction with the students
regarding their academic and other related issues. Once in every
semester an open day is conducted in the college so that parents and
faculty interact and address the problems of the students.
The Placement and Training Cell headed by an officer regularly
conducts awareness and counseling sessions for the benefit of the
students in the areas of Higher Studies, Placement Opportunities,
Inplant Training, employability Skills, etc. The cell provides
opportunities for placement in Core and Software companies for the
benefit of the students.
The college has a 6 bed hospital, a qualified doctor and nursing staff
with facilities for offering emergency first aid facilities. An
ambulance is basic facilities and a driver would be available in the
college premises around the clock.
The college has an accident insurance policy covering the safety
aspects of the students.
Various forums such as IEEE, CSI, ACE, ISTE, ISTD, SAE, etc. are
available and actively functioning in the college for the benefit of the
students, under the guidance of faculty incharges.
In the first year cultural talents are identified through a talent search
competition called Calibration. Voxqualdum, another intra collegiate
cultural competition is held to hone their cultural skills. Participants
and winners in these competitions participate in inter collegiate
competitions at state and national levels.
The college has facilities in-house for both outdoor and indoor games
such as Cricket, Football, Basket ball, Volley Ball, Gymnasium,
Swimming Pool, etc. Both boys and girl students are encouraged to
participate in various events at the intra , inter-zonal, university, state
and country level. The college also conducts tournaments at the zonal
level.
Every semester at least one magazine is published by name Phoenix.
The students write, edit the articles and design the magazines under
the guidance of faculty in charge.
The college newsletter talks about student and staff performance in
academic and research related activities like publication and
presentation of papers.
Some of the departments also publish department level magazines
with contribution form staff and students.

conduct national level technical symposiums in which they organize
various technical programs such as model building, paper
presentation etc for the benefit of the student fraternity from our and
