Ghosts Games triggers a new format of museums experience.
It fills the gap between an ordinary exhibition and an interactive game.
The technology and the gamification combine information, interaction
and location. Ghosts Games is like a digression to the past.
Therefore the app is a context-aware mobile game
taking place in the real environment.

“The lord of the castle rages! He couldn’t sleep since nights, because the
poltergeist walks abroad and is crying. In the past all inhabitants accept
the ghosts. They used to live together in peace. But now the spook
has to stop. The lord of the castle needs silence to sleep.”
Help the other ghosts to find out, why the poltergeist is crying every
night at Wartburg Castle. Otherwise all ghosts have to leave the place.

The app is made for the Wartburg Castle. The game is
based on a various stages, where the user get in touch
with the history of the castle and try to solve a puzzle. It is
GPS-based and it is used the advantages of Augmented Reality
