As a result, the following elements were inspected & recorded in this report: Concrete footpath, concrete kerb and gutter Footpath furniture Street surface condition This report consists of photographic records of the above elements. Puplic & Council Properties A visual inspection of all public and council properties was completed by Nastasi & Associates. Footpath: the footpath in front of 42A Crimea street had few cracks in front of the site main entry, cracks where noted further in front of the lot. The footpath beside number 44 and 42 Crimea Street looked in fair condition Kerb and gutter: three cracks where noted in kerb, the gutter is part of street surface Driveway: 42A Crimea driveway is in poor condition multiple cracks, adjacent driveway 44 Crimea had a major crack in it as well Furniture, council timber bench condition fair, timber telegraph pole good, metal bus zone sign, good, old Telstra pit in ground, fair.
