MISCELLANEOUS POLICY REMINDERS
RETURN POLICY
1) The following list indicates those products that will not be accepted for returns:
‐ Special Color Orders
‐ 1" Pavers
‐ Tumbled or Antiqued Products
‐ Open Cubes
‐ Bullnose
‐ Any product > 2 weeks post‐delivery
2) Those products that will be accepted for returns must be in full cubes and original packaging.
3) All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus return freight charges.
WOOD PALLETS
1) A NON‐REFUNDABLE charge of $6.50 per pallet will be applied if wooden pallets are requested.
SPECIAL ORDERS
1) Orders requiring special material or fabrication require a deposit and are not subject to cancellation unless
full payment is made for the work done. No credit or refund shall be given on specially ordered goods.
Materials produced for any order must be shipped within 45 days of production. Failure to begin shipping
materials may result in sale of materials and/or billing for materials if special or custom colors.
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM COLORS
1) Purchaser agrees to take delivery on total quantity ordered PLUS agrees to pay either $1,000.00 for special
color run or to accept, ship and pay in full for all excess materials produced in order to fulfill originally
ordered quantity. (Plus additional shipping costs, if any.)
REQUESTED DELAYS
1) If Buyer requests delay in shipment of material, Seller is not responsible for loss or damage. In such cases,
the material will be invoiced when it is ready for shipment.
