BHN: 30% Consultants to be utilized below the national benchmark. How does patient acuity level factor into this? It does not. We base it on national average. What is the current national benchmark? 1.48 The Admits, Observation cases, and Patient Days are listed as Hospital Volume. Do these numbers indicate all patient volume or is this specific to Hospitalist volume? Can you please confirm this? The volumes provided in the RFP were for the entire hospital. Additional detail has been provided in this addendum. If this is all Hospital volume, can we get Hospitalist-specific info relative to at least these 3 data sets? Charts within this addendum show volume and payor mix for the hospitalist cases we tracked monthly. The RFP states that Broward Health North would like to add a Hospitalist program.
