Alloy Wheel Balancing
Five different modes and location of weight can be added depending upon different types of
Alloy wheels.
Alu-1

Sticker weights on both Inner and Outer planes for rims with central rib
in between the planes.

Optimisation Program
Split weight program
Optimisation program helps in reduced wheel weights
consumption - economically.
Split weight program is used to split the weight on the outer
plane and to hide the weights behind the spokes.

Static balancing is the process of adding
equal amount of balancing weights at
opposite to the position of Unbalance.
In Dynamic balancing, the weight will be
added in two planes to eliminate the
possibility of force couple.
