Entry Fee – Rs.100/- per team.
Team Composition: Minimum 3; Maximum 5 members
Qualifier

Each team will be given case study of H R Mentors i.e. how it was formed,
what are the motives and intentions behind this initiative, about the product
line, and all the facility and about the upper edge we have over other players
in the market..

Each team will have to create an audio visual advertisement (2 minutes) for
HR Mentor (which should include a jingle) based on the case study and the
information provided.

The teams will have to upload their creative advertisement on the Facebook
page of Crescendo.

The Teams with the most no. of likes and jury’s pick will qualify for the
final round.

Finals
Jury will pick 5 teams out of the participating teams

The selected teams will have to present their creative to the jury. (the
presentation will include all the aspects related to branding such as financial
feasibility, return on investment, reach of the idea, etc.). Paper based
Formats for financial feasibility, ROI and reach of the idea shall be provided
by organizers. These formats shall be presented to jury in closed door
meetings of the finalists and jury with a one-n-one discussion between HR
mentor provided jury and finalists.

On stage Presentation of the creative shall be a 02 minutes advertisement
which should include on stage dialogue, voice over and a musical jingle
prepared by each time.

Second round for each team shall comprise of on stage presentation of a
Jingle cum TV commercial for a product allotted to that team on the spot.
The team has to create a brand name for that product too. Each team shall be
given a time of 2 minutes to present on stage
Third and final round of the finals shall comprise of a Dumb Charades wherein
team shall be required to guess the brand name as enacted by one member of the
team. Total time limit for this shall be 1 minute per team.
All the participants will have to ensure that while they are making a
creative advertisement they should not in any way try to demean the
competitors of H R Mentors.
Jury’s decision will be final during the qualifier round and the finals.

PERSONology
(Personality Contest)
Entry Fee: Rs.100/- per person.
Eliminations
Round I:
 Each participant will be required to submit his/her information in the format
specified by the organizers.
 The participants will be judged on the basis of their written communication
skills, general knowledge and creativity.
 30 participants will be selected for Round II.
Round II:
 The selected participants will be given one situation each and they have to
act accordingly. Time to enact the situation shall be 2 minutes each.
(Preparation time of 15 minutes will be given to the participants after
the situations are declared)
 There will be 12 finalists for the final round, consisting of 6 boys and 6 girls.

 Self Introduction–Participant has to introduce herself/himself innovatively.
Round II:
 PERSONAL TALENT- In this round each participant has to show his/her
Personal Talent. (For E.g.: Singing/Dancing /Mimicry/any other)


 Judges’ question round – Each Participant will be expected to answer the
questions posed to them by the judges.

(Dance Competition)

1. There are 3 categories in the dance competition:
a) Solo

2. The event comprises of direct finals for each category.

3. If any participant exceeds the time limit, he/she/they will be automatically

5. The CD should contain only the performance track and no other track/song or
data CD.
6. Participants shall dance only on the stage in the area allocated to them and
NOT ON THE RAMP, or else they will be disqualified.

SINGology
(Singing Competition)
Entry Fee: Solo – Rs.100/Duet – Rs.150/There are two categories in the singing Competition:
a) Solo (Hindi) b) Duet (Hindi)
Eliminations:
1. The participants can select any Hindi song of their choice of any genre.
2. Maximum 1 minute will be given for performance.
3. No tracks or orchestra or accompanying instruments will be played for this
round.
4. A total of 15 participants shall be short listed for the finals, as follows:
10 from ‘Solo’ category (5 males & 5 females)
5 from ‘Duet’ category.
Finals:
Finals shall comprise of two rounds. The Final rounds shall have orchestra
provided by the organizers, comprising of Keyboard and Octopad. Karaoke
performance shall be allowed. However, the finalists will have to submit the
Karaoke CD at least 1 day before the event.
Round 1: Participant’s Choice Round
1. The participant can select any HINDI SONG of his/her choice of any genre.
2. Maximum time of 3 minutes will be given for performance.
Round 2: Judge’s Choice Round
1. The participant will be asked by the judges to sing any song of the judges’
choice.
2. Maximum time of 2 minutes will be given for performance.

performance.
2. The organizers will provide the following:
DJM 350 Mixer, CDM 350 Player and speakers.
3. The participants should carry their own music collection in Audio CD format
(Not in MP3 format)
4. Performing participant should leave the stage keeping the last track playing
after getting the signal of last 20sec.The next participant will take over the
session by mixing the track.
5. The participants may use props during their performance but must ensure
that their props and/or performance are decent.
6. Premixed music, dangerous or hazardous material is not allowed on stage
for the performance.

Round I: BEACHology (Get ready to hit the shores in your Beachwear attire)
Round II: HEATology (Set the stage on fire and bring some heat on the ramp by wearing hot colours
like orange, red, etc.)
General Rules:
1 In case the CDs provided by the team does not function during the event due to any reason, the
committee members will not be held responsible.
2. The teams are requested not to use any kind of harmful or dangerous objects/weapons/fire
or inflammables during their performance.
3. The teams are requested to dress themselves decently as per the theme chosen by them
and the competition should not be confused with a fancy dress competition.
4. After the performance, the teams are requested to clear the stage and take their
props/belongings along with them.

1. 3 participants shall be the models on whom face painting, tattoo making and nail
art will be done

3. The teams can use various water/poster colors, oil based colors, glitters etc.
4. The teams are supposed to bring their own paints, colors and brushes,
accesorries
5. The themes for face painting, tattoo making and nail art will be informed to the

Round II: Movie Set Desingning
1. In this round the teams are required to decorate the space provided by the
organizers for a movie set
2. The theme for the movie set designing shall be informed to the participants one
day prior to the event
3. The teams have to bring their own material, objects, etc required for movie set
designing.
4. Time allotted for each team for Round II is 2 hours.
(All the material to be inspected by the organizers before the start of the competition).

5. The organizers will provide only the ball.

7. In case of a tie, super over will be bowled to decide the winning team.
8. Fixtures of matches will be informed after
confirmation of participation.
9. The team members will have to wear same colour T – Shirts to represent their
college/club.
10.Team members should carry their college/club I-cards & report 30 minutes before their
match.

Remote Car Racing shall comprise of two rounds:
8 racers shall qualify for the finals. Their qualification shall depend on their
timings in the Elimination track.
Both the tracks shall be separate with different hurdles.
The rules of both rounds shall be as below:
1. The cars shall be provided to the contestants by the organizers.
2. The racers shall have to bear responsibility of handling the equipment –
cars, remotes and batteries.
3. A new set of batteries shall be supplied to each participant at the start of
his / her race.
4. The racers shall be penalized if they damage the equipment in any way
(e.g. if they break the remote or the car.)
5. Each participant shall be pitted against the other as per their finish
timings.
6. The Participant finishing in the shortest time span shall be declared
winner.

1. Rider Mania will be conducted on the ground of Tirpude college.
2. A Valid Driving License is a must for participation, participants failing to bring

3. Helmets are mandatory, both for the rider and pillion, riding gears would be

4. Consent and waivers from, regarding safety issues, needs to be filled before

RULES
