The Lucky Sucker TC Softail Conversion Kit

Are you ready to turn your run of the mill, everyday Softail into
something cool that will turn heads and grab attention? With the
Lucky Sucker conversion kit, the transformation from stock to custom
can be done easily and quickly. The Lucky Sucker kit consists of a
custom gas tank, tank adapter, a solo seat kit, swingarm mounted
‘rigid-style’ rear fender and fender struts. These parts are as ‘bolt-on’
as you can get for a kit that will transform your bike as drastically as
the Lucky Sucker will. Each part was designed to work together or
can be used as stand-alone components, giving you the creative lead
while building your custom vision without breaking the bank.
Custom Gas Tank
The Lucky Sucker tank is designed for easy ‘bolt-on’ installation when
used with the tank adapter CCI #641905 (sold separately) on any
00-Up EFI or carbureted Twin Cam Softails or custom applications (EFI
models requires the use of a Harley Davidson OEM fuel pump #7526807D) An Indian Larry dished style tank and Cole Foster bobber tank
are also available for use with the Lucky Sucker tank adapter.

Softail Tank Adapter
This part makes installing a custom gas tank onto your 00-Up Twin
Cam Softail as easy as removing the stock tank and bolting this
adapter on. The adapter bolts-on to the stock mounting points and
has a mount built into it for the OEM ignition switch. You can bolt
the Lucky Sucker tank directly onto it or you can fabricate your own
with the builders kit that will allow you place the tank mounts and
ignition switch where-ever you like.

The Lucky Sucker Softail Solo Seat Kit
The perfect accessory to the rigid fender kit since your stock seat will
no longer fit. This seat completes the transformation of your Softail
to a pure rigid-look. The seat is solid mounted to keep you as low to
the ground as possible. Seat kit comes complete with a raw steel seat
pan and all necessary mounting brackets and hardware. Designed to
fit FX Softail models (except Deuce) from 00-06 and FL Softail models
from 00-Up.

Touring Front Fenders
These front fenders are a direct replacement front fender for Street Glide & Road Glide models and will fit any Touring models when you
want to eliminate the fender lights and trim. Comes in two styles Smooth or Ribbed. The ribbed fenders have a three rib pattern with the
middle one longer than the outer two. They are a stamped steel construction and measure 6-1/2” wide and come pre-drilled. Fits all 94-13
Touring models.

A duplicate of the fenders fitted to Heritage Softail models, but
is smooth with only fender strut holes in it for custom taillights.
It’s ready to use as a replacement item or for FX Softail models
converting to full fenders.
These two-piece hinged fenders fit all 4-speed Big Twin FL frames
from 58-84. They also fit FX models if FL struts are used and can
be adapted to FXWGs. A slight dent must be made in the front
right lower corner of the fender to clear the FXE battery box.

While you’re creating that out of sight one-off tank, don’t forget you
need to get the gas to the engine, and that calls for a petcock mount.
Most petcocks used in custom applications, and what we offer, have
either 3/8” NPT or 1/4” NPT threads. These steel Petcock Bungs are
offered to accept either thread size. They are 2” long, with 1/2”
of either 3/8” NPT or 1/4” NPT internal thread for your petcock to
screw into, then the remaining 1 1/2” bored out to .8200 inner bore
to allow good gas flow. Can be used with custom oil tanks as well.

Stretched tanks are one of the hottest custom bike trends. We start
with our best selling 5 gallon tanks and weld on custom formed steel
extensions. The extensions add over two inches to the length of the
tank and create a smooth flowing look by filling the void between
the seat and where the tank normally ends. Manufactured of heavy
gauge steel on new tooling, each tank is hand inspected and pressure
tested to ensure quality and a perfect fit. Designed for use with a
stock dash, tank panel, late model (13/16" thread) petcock and most
standard width seats. Available with bungs for 82-95 screw-in gas

3.5 Gallon Hand Shift Gas Tanks
Two versions of the obsolete hand shift style 3.5 gallon gas tank sets. Accurate
placement of the shifter gate lugs and shut-off rod hole centers ensures troublefree service. Available in two versions. One is a totally accurate reproduction of
the original, rod-style gas shut-off equipped tank used from 48-65. The other is
based on the same tank, but eliminates the early style gas shut-off rod system and
replaces it with the tank bottom fitting for the late 13/16" external-thread petcock.

Classic Fat Bob look for all FXR models from 82-99. It has the
appearance of split tanks, but is really a one piece welded tank
with twin screw type filler necks, and 13/16" external thread gas
valve fitting. Bolts directly to the stock mounts and accepts all
FL-style dash assemblies (except Cateye) when the appropriate
dash base is used. Included with each tank is a CC #19095
superflex speedo cable and a chrome tank divider panel. The

the multitude of small leaks that often form due to age and rust. It is
designed to seal new or existing fuel tanks with minor leaks.
• The coating is very flexible and does not crack. This gives the repair
a much longer life
• The polymer was specifically chosen because of its tight adhering
qualities.
• Northern Fuel Tank Liner is resistant to methanol, alcohol and
other fuel additives.
• Northern Fuel Tank Liner levels out to the surface uniformly.
You will not get a wide variation in thickness as with some other
coatings.

These small gas tanks look awesome! Great lines, and only 16 1/2”
long, 9” wide and 7” deep. For custom applications with 2 mounting
styles available. The Narrow “Mini Mustang” tank has a capacity of
2.4 gals., with tunnel measuring 2 1/4” wide x 2 1/2” deep and front/
rear mount tabs. Total length tab center to tab center is 17”. The
Frisco “Mini Mustang” tank has a capacity of 2.2 gals. and features a

3.3 Gallon Mustang Tank
This one piece tank is perfect for a variety of custom applications. It
has rounded mounting plates front and rear that are welded in place.
It features a twin cap look, but the left neck is non-functional, for
appearance only. The 3.3 gallon capacity tank fills on the right-side
only. Tunnel measures 2 1/2"-high x 2 3/4"-wide. Tank measures 18
1/2"-long x 12"-wide.

capacity of 3.3 gallons. Tank measures 16 1/2"-long x 11"-wide at

and 5/16" O.D. hose barbs. Other features include a reserve function,
100 micron filtering screens, and easy-to-grasp handles. Bodies are

high-performance applications. Two of the petcocks have a swiveling

Most riders will agree that when you are stuck in stop-n-go traffic or riding on those
hot summer days, is when your bike will start to build up excessive amounts of heat
leading to loss of performance, shortened engine longevity as well as discomfort to
the rider. The goal is to maintain your engines oil temperature. The way to do this is
to let your engine get up to 210-220 to burn off the condensation in the crank cases.
Then turn on the fan to drive the temperature down to 190 at that time the fan will
turn off. As the temperature goes up to 210 the fan turns on to keep your engine
cool. An oil cooler should be built to last, Made from top quality materials. UltraCool
uses all stainless steel bolts and nylock nuts. The covers are a steel construction with
an ABS plastic grill that can take the abuse from the rocks and debris from the road.
The custom made oil filter adapter is machined from 6061 aluminum. The cooling
fans are water resistant and dust proof and the thermal switch is rated at 100,000
cycles of service.

Custom oil lines are made simple with Goodridge’s new do-it-yourself
reusable oil line components. This new system utilizes the same
chrome steel fittings Goodridge is known for, but in a user-friendly
format that allows you to make your own kit. These ground breaking
fittings are coupled with their stainless steel braided PTFE lined hose
and can be used to assemble oil line kits for virtually any Big Twin on
the road.
