Returns
Contact your MAMMOTOME Sales Representative for all
returns. Capital equipment and reusable instruments
that are unused and saleable must be returned within 90
days of purchase date. All other saleable products must
be returned within one year of manufacture date. All
saleable returns will receive 90 percent credit (10 percent
restocking fee applies). All product returns that require
repackaging are subject to a 30 percent redressing fee.

F.O.B. origin (freight and insurance prepaid) within
Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. For
orders less than $1,000, a $90 fee applies. Please
consolidate orders for smaller items such as probe
guides and canisters with larger items such as probes
to avoid the $90 fee. If orders are placed electronically
on JNJGateway, no minimum order fee will be assessed.
Expedited transportation is available as a value-added
service for an additional cost. JJHCS terms, conditions,
policies, and charges in effect at the time the order is
placed will govern.
