With this promotional catalogue RODAC launches a whole new range of

The 1” impact wrench line is extended with 3 new models, each of very high

The success of the exclusive RODAC punch tool allowed us to increase the

has to be used?
The sandpaper is produced from a number
of exceptional materials. It’s the overall
combination of a number of different
materials brought together in one product
that makes RODAC “Green” so special.
Grit coarseness is internationally
recognized in categories known as the
‘P-values’. The grit most
suited to a certain use is determined by
the lacquer manufacturer: coarser grit is
increasingly used during preparatory work
and the closer one comes to finishing off,
the finer the sandpaper that is used.

pneumatic oval hole tool. The device enables a quick, facile and effective way to
stamp oval holes which are needed for the MIG brazing in the car body panels.
These oval holes are required for an optimum and professional repair of a wide
range of brands (e.g. Audi, BMW, Ford, Mercedes, Opel, Seat, Skoda and VW).
The strength of MIG brazed joints is spread over a larger load-carrying area than
compared to a welded joint.

Hydraulic bottle jacks
The base, pressure cylinder and oil deposit form one integral part and provide more
strength and safety to the jacks. Any pressure loads produced by the vehicle axle tilting
are absorbed as the piston never comes into contact with the cylinder. Therefore the jack
will not be damaged even if the vehicle tilts.
The three pieces zinc
coated handle is stored in
the jack carton.
The jacks can be used
horizontally when required.
Set the jack with the pump
downwards as shown in
the picture.

Hydraulic shop presses
Indispensable for jobs such as straightening, bending, folding, punching, etc. Ideal for
the installation and removal of bolts, bearings and axles. All presses are equipped with
an extension screw for quick approach and precision adjustment. Piston retracts
automatically when release valve is opened. The presses are delivered fully assembled
and ready for work. With 2 V-blocks and legs with boltholes for fixing the press.
The RQPPA - RQPPS - RQPBA are equipped with overpressure valve. The RQPPA50 RQPPS30 - RQPPS50 are equipped with a winch and a two piston pump.The RQPPS30
and RQPPS50 are equipped with a sliding cylinder. All models with foot pump can be
used for quick pneumatic approach of the work, pressing should be done manually.

Air operated device suitable to
bleed brakes and hydraulic clutches
of all vehicles. The bleeding operation can be
performed in a few minutes by one operator
only. The break bleeder is equipped with one
membrane which separates the oil from the
air container in an interior chamber. In this
way any risk of emulsion is avoided. Working
pressure of the oil is 1,5 bar. Charged with
compressed air it is independent for several
bleeding operations. The safety valve is set at
6 bar.

Devices suitable to spray in an efficient manner: detergents, lube oils and similar low viscosity products
for car washing, degreasing, lubrication etc. Filled with suitable liquid (3/4 of their capacity) and
pressurized with air at 6-8 bar, they become autonomous and can be used without permanent connection
to compressed air supply. The reservoir is equipped with level gauge. The pressure sprayer is supplied

mechanical components of vehicles and
machine tools. The washing fluid powered
by electricity, is transferred directly to the
flexible metal tube. The tray is equipped
with a drain valve.
This brake-washing device is a practical system
for the complete cleaning of the shoes and
linings of car and van braking systems. It allows
you to carry out a complete cleaning on the four
shoes of a vehicle with a charge of air, without
the encumbrance of awkward mobile hoses.
Liquid detergent is put into a container. This is
then filled with compressed air at a pressure
of 1 bar. Cleaning can then be carried out
in a quick, clean manner using the synthetic
fibre brush. Excess liquid is collected in a tank
and deposits from the cleaning operations are
withheld by the mesh filter in the tank. When
the pressure in the container is discharged, the
pneumatic system, commanded by a check
valve, discharges the liquid from the tank. To
start a new operation, it is sufficient to unscrew
the filter and remove the impurities. It is fitted
with a pressure gauge, a safety valve and a
pressure regulator.

Suction/drainer suitable to drain by gravity or by suction waste oil from sumps and gearboxes of any
vehicle. If used as oil suction devices, they become, after depressurization (creation of vacuum inside
the reservoir) autonomous because they don’t need continuous connection to the air supply. The
suction is performed via one selected probe amongst those which are supplied as standard.
The reservoir of all models is equipped with a level gauge. The emptying of the reservoir is air
operated and the max. operating air pressure is 2 bar. The length of the suction and drain hose
equipped with anti drip plug is 1,5 and 2 meter. The suction time with hot oil (70/80° C) and probe
ø 6 mm, is 1,5-2 liter per minute. Ideal devices to extract through suction, via probe, waste oil direct
from sumps of cars, trucks, tractors, boats, etc.

Protocol
for returning goods and
requests for repair
There may, on occasions, be cases where you are not totally satisfied upon
receiving a delivery. There are a variety of reasons why this might occur, and
if it does, it goes without saying that we will be very happy to resolve the
problem. We have formulated a number of rules for this purpose, to make
things more clear.
Damage during transport
Damage during transport will be evident when there is visible damage to the packaging of a
consignment, which has been caused by the transporter. In this case you must place a comment to
this effect on the consignment note before you sign for it.
Is something missing from the consignment? If something is missing then you should also indicate
this on the consignment note upon receipt of the package. We are only able to deal with a report
of this nature if we are informed within 5 days of the invoice date by means of a copy of the
consignment note containing an appropriate comment. No charge shall be payable on return
consignments sent as the result of damage during transport.
Missing delivery
You have ordered something, you have received the invoice, but not the goods? In this case,
inform us within 5 working days of the invoice date and we will resolve the matter for you as
quickly as possible.
Incorrect delivery
Should you receive a different item or different number of items to what you ordered, contact our
in-house team to arrange a return order confirmation. We request that you send this document
together with the item being returned. No charge shall be payable on return consignments.
Incorrect item ordered
You may have ordered an incorrect item by mistake. If this is the case, contact our in-house team
to arrange a return order confirmation. You will then be able to return the item to us, together
with this form, at your own expense. Once we have received the goods, and if they are unused,
undamaged and in their original packaging, we will send you a credit note, upon which we will
impose a 20% restocking charge.
General returns
RODAC International bv can accept returned goods that are unused, undamaged and in their
original packaging, that still appear in within the current range and which you purchased within
the last 12 months. A 20% restocking charge shall be imposed for this service on pneumatic tools,
for equipment we’ll charge 30% restocking. Should you wish to return an item, please contact our
in-house team to arrange a return order confirmation and obtain further advice.
Item does not match specification
Are you dissatisfied with an item because it differs from the specification given? If the problem is
related to the dimensions, then the costs for returning the item shall be borne by us.
For other specifications, you can return the item to us at your own expense. In this case a 20%
restocking cost shall be applied to the credit note. You should always contact our in-house team
before returning goods, so that a return order confirmation can be arranged. This should be sent
together with the goods.
Requests for repair under warranty
RODA International B.V. provides a 2 year warranty on manufacturing and material faults, but
not on the wear and tear of components. Adjustments do not fall under warranty, this is standard
maintenance and can also be carried out by us. Sufficient and correct lubrication (using the
correct oil) and a good supply of air can prevent the need for frequent repairs. If you are unsure,

please contact our in-house team for advice.
The warranty states that you should return the item to us for repair and assessment by our
technical services team. The costs for the return consignment shall be borne by you. We shall not
send a new item immediately, as we always attempt to repair the item in the first instance.
Should a direct replacement of a machine be necessary, we can send a new machine and
invoice. If the machine appears to be irrepairable and falls under warranty, you shall receive a
credit note. When we are able to repair the machine, this will take place under warranty and the
repaired machine will be returned to you free of charge.
If we don’t receive a response within 30 days after a quote for repair, we will return the goods
unrepaired with costs.
The warranty shall become void if you attempt to repair the item yourself.
You should always contact our in-house team before you return the goods so that you can explain
the fault to us and arrange to receive a repair order confirmation. Send this document together
with the goods being returned and your purchase order.
Requests for repair out of warranty
You can provide details of faults or defects that fall out of warranty to the in-house team. Please
provide a clear description of the fault. By doing so, you shall reduce the potential repair costs
by reducing the time required to investigate the problem. You shall receive a repair order
confirmation which you should send together with the goods to be repaired. After investigation
by our techincal services team you shall receive a quote for repair within one working week. The
costs for the return consignment shall be borne by you. Transport costs for returning the repaired
item shall be borne by RODAC International B.V.
If, upon receiving a quote for repair, you decide that you want us to return the goods to you
unrepaired, the following costs shall be applied:
