Welcome to the new Malco Modes! Malco Modes is the largest and most respected manufacturer of high-quality petticoats,
pettipants, tutus, crinolines, and slips in the United States.
Malco Modes was founded 80+ years ago in San Francisco, CA as a high-end women's ready-to-wear fashion brand. The company
eventually expanded into a variety of additional markets including dance and bridal, and over the years eventually shifted focus
exclusively to the western/square dance market. By the 1980's Malco Modes was the country's largest manufacturer of highquality square dance apparel, and had moved to its current location in Dayton, Tennessee, USA. Malco Modes retained this square
dance focus through the early 2010's.
Recently, the Malco Modes brand has broadened its focus to providing performance-quality, vintage-inspired petticoats, crinolines,
tutus and slips to a variety of end markets, such as vintage/retro, professional and western dance (including square dance),
theatrical, rockabilly and steampunk.
Since our founding, Malco Modes has been privately American-owned and operated, and has excelled by adhering to the old-world
tradition of providing superior quality, while adapting to changing times. Each Malco Modes garment is hand-sewn with pride in our
facility in Eastern Tennessee, and combines outstanding craftsmanship with meticulous detailing. Our products are crisp, clean and
fresh, without the odor and discoloration often observed with cheap imports. All Malco Modes products have been built with the
quality and durability required by dancers and other professional stage and screen performers.
In 2013, Malco Modes was purchased by JSA Fashions, Inc (d/b/a BellaSous Brands), in a private sale. "BellaSous” roughly translates
to "beautiful underneath," combining the Italian "bella" (translation: beautiful) - a nod to the owner's heritage - with the French
"sous” (translation: underneath) - a nod to the French heritage from which many of our most popular garments derive their
design inspiration. The various BellaSous brands (including Malco Modes (vintage), Bridal, Professional Dance / Theatrical,
Costume, and Sam's Custom Apparel) aim to manufacture high-quality women's base garments for a variety of industries, with the
goal of creating beauty through both meticulous garment construction and by enhancing the self-confidence of our customers by
making them feel comfortable, luxurious, and ultimately beautiful.

All petticoats are measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the trim.
Additional Information:
Most petticoats are stocked in inventory. Colors, sizes, and wait times may vary depending on availability.
All petticoats come with a nylon waistband unless otherwise specified.
Custom variations on Malco items are available through our sister company, Sam’s Manufacturing. Please inquire for details
regarding products and pricing.

New Accounts: Must be pre-paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, Wire Transfer, PayPal, or Cashier’s Check in U.S. Funds

Shipments:
Most shipments are F.O.B. Dayton, Tennessee 37321. Occasionally we will ship very small orders from an
alternative warehouse, depending on product availability and required delivery times.
Terms:
New and foreign accounts must be pre-paid. Approved existing accounts will be billed upon shipment. Pre-pay
requirements may also apply to very large orders—please inquire for details. Note that we will hold completed
orders upon customer request, but in this case customer will be billed at the time of order completion.
Fulfillment:
Delivery times vary widely depending on order size and demand. We hold most products in stock, so smaller orders
can often be shipped within a few days. However, order for quantities larger than those held in inventory will require
some lead time to product. Please inquire for details.
Delivery:
All orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS in the United States. All orders are insured unless otherwise requested.
We are not responsible for orders after they have shipped. When it is not possible to ship an order complete, a partial
order will be shipped with the balance to be shipped upon completion. Please specify special shipping instructions at

packed. If damage or shortage should occur, please report
