This agreedupon procedures engagement was conducted in accordance with attestation standards, established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The sufficiency of these procedures is solely the responsibility of those parties specified in the report. The changes resulted in recalculated percent change ranging from 0.01 to 0.13 percent. 4) Procedure: Confirm with the qualified custodian SweetSpot's holdings as of October 19, 2007, the date of inception of SweetSpot, and as of December 31 , 2008, 2009, and 2010; compare the holding information to information published by SweetSpot.
