Hygiene in the studio:
theory and practice
The question after the hygiene cannot be answered so simply. It must be cleared what does
“hygiene” really mean and why does hygiene
receive such a high value.
The following presentation gives an insight
about hygiene especially in the working environment “studio”. Also the juridical demands
for hygienic work and the examination of the
measures should be introduced by cleaning
and disinfection.
Hygienically does not mean just cleanly, because, otherwise, you would say cleanly and
not hygienically. And now the microbiology
comes into the game with microorganisms like
bacteria, viruses, mould, mushrooms and
yeasts or however biofilms. Here the differentiation already begins. The difference between
these microorganisms is sometimes very big.
To the hygiene relevant microorganisms belong – to enumerate only some – e.g., Salmonella, Pseudomonades, Enterokocci, Staphylokocci, E. coli, Noro viruses and Herpes viruses.
As an entry source and carried over source can
serve people but also the working devices and
the working surroundings . Microorganisms
need – if partially even very economically –
suitable growth terms. This is to be switched off
as a control mechanism for the observance of
the hygiene. Also the influence and control of
human factors is important.
A healthy person can deliver nearly 20,000
germs per minute in the surroundings. But this
is not to be looked primarily as a danger for the
life. Dangerously it becomes when pathogenic
germs or illness causes come, e.g. by infections.
Not only a single person wants a perfect hygienically sphere, also the legislator has thought
to himself to manage this in form of special
regulations. Some special laws are demanded
in the following. To prevent something must be
recognised what it gives to prevent and avoid
gives. This happens in a risk analysis.
According to the risk analysis the actions to be
taken must be defined and moved to make a
hygienic long-term atmosphere. The keywords
are here right cleaning and disinfection. Efficient disinfection occurs directly with cleaning.
Furthermore one important rule is: without
documentation there is no proof!
Hygiene can be checked by suitable supervision measures and good selfcontrolling possibilities. The aim of this lecture is a practical
overview of the – for all of us – important issue
“hygiene in the studio”.

Die Frage nach der Hygiene lässt sich nicht
so einfach beantworten. Denn zunächst muss
ersteinmal geklärt werden, was Hygiene eigentlich heißt und weshalb Hygiene einen so
hohen Stellenwert erhält.
Der nachfolgende Vortrag gibt einen Einblick
über Hygiene speziell in der Arbeitsumgebung
„Studio“. Die Grundlagen einschließlich mikrobiologischer Zusammenhänge zur Einhaltung der Hygiene und Hygieneregeln sowie die
rechtlichen Anforderungen an hygienisches
Arbeiten und die Überprüfung der Umsetzung
durch Reinigung und Desinfektion werden im
Überblick und praxisorientiert vorgestellt.
Hygienisch bedeutet nicht einfach nur sauber, denn sonst würde es sauber und nicht hygienisch heißen. Nun kommt die Mikrobiologie ins Spiel: Mikroorganismen wie Bakterien,
Viren, Schimmelpilze und Hefen oder aber
auch Biofilme. Hier beginnt schon die Differenzierung. Der Unterschied zwischen diesen
Mikroorganismen ist manchmal sehr groß. Zu
den für die Hygiene relevanten Mikroorganismen gehören z.B. Salmonellen, Pseudomonaden, Enterokokken, Staphylokokken, E.coli,
Noroviren und Herpesviren … um nur einige
aufzuzählen.
Als Eintrags- und Übertragsquelle können
der Mensch, aber auch die Arbeitsgeräte und
die Arbeitsumgebung dienen. Mikroorganismen benötigen – wenn teilweise auch nur sehr
sparsam – geeignete Wachstumsbedingungen.
Diese auszuschalten ist eine Maßnahme zur
Einhaltung der Hygiene. Eine weitere Maßnahme ist die Übertragungsquelle Mensch
im Griff zu behalten. Ein gesunder Mensch
kann nahezu 20.000 Keimen pro Minute in
die Umgebung abgeben. Wobei dies primär
nicht als Todesbedrohung anzusehen ist. Gefährlich wird es dann, wenn pathogene Keime
oder Krankheitserreger z.B. durch Infektionen
hinzukommen.
Es liegt jedoch nicht nur dem einzelnen Menschen etwas an einem hygienisch einwandfreien Umfeld, auch der Gesetzgeber hat sich diesbezüglich Gedanken gemacht. Als gesetzliche
Grundlagen gelten z.B. das Infektionsschutzgesetz, Tätowiermittelverordnung, Medizinproduktegesetz, Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch.
Um etwas zu verhindern muss erst erkannt
werden, was es zu verhindern und zu vermeiden gibt. Das geschieht anhand einer sogenannten Gefahrenanalyse. Nach der Gefahrenanalyse werden die Maßnahmen definiert und
umgesetzt, um ein hygienisches Umfeld langfristig zu schaffen. Die Stichworte lauten hier
richtige Reinigung und Desinfektion. In der
Regel erfolgt ohne Reinigung keine effiziente
Desinfektion. Und ohne Dokumentation kein
Beweis!
Durch geeignete Überwachungsmaßnahmen
und Selbstkontrollmöglichkeiten kann Hygiene geprüft und gesteuert werden.
Das Ziel des Vortrages ist ein praxisorientierter
Überblick über das für uns alle wichtige Thema
„Hygiene im Studio“.

Die neue saarländische Hygieneverordnung von
2014 und deren Umsetzung. Theorie und Praxis.
Heute sind ca. 12 Millionen Bundesbürger gepierct
und/oder tätowiert. Zwei Millionen Tätowierungen
und ca. 8 Millionen Piercings kommen jährlich
hinzu. Knapp 22 000 Piercings am Tag. In Deutschland werden pro Jahr in ca. 7000 Tattoo- und Piercingstudios ca. 200 Millionen Euro Umsatz gemacht.
20 000 Menschen sind auf diesem Gebiet tätig. Nach
wie vor existiert keine bundesweit anerkannte stattliche Ausbildung. Tätowierer und Piercer werden
nicht als medizinisches Fachpersonal eingestuft,
was bezüglich Hygieneordnung weitreichende
Konsequenzen hat. Die Hygieneverordnungen sind
Länder- und keine Bundessache. Es existiert ein
unübersichtlicher Flickenteppich an verschiedenen
