Camp Cowabunga ages 5 ~ 10 years Summer Camps for children 5 ~ 12 years “Self-esteem is the real magic wand that can form a child’s future.” Stephanie Martson, The Magic of Encouragement Our school age camps foster the development of healthy self esteem by providing opportunities for problem solving and safe risk taking. Throughout the summer children will engage in enriching programming, team building and group challenges and lots of time to explore their individual interests. Our highly qualified camp staff have many years experience with children and most work at Growing Places year round! Weekly fieldtrips include trips to beautiful NH state parks and other local attractions; special guests are invited in to go along with our themes. Enrichment activities will be offered throughout the summer and they include gardening, sewing and developing and illustrating comic strips. Extended Care is available daily until 5:30 pm for an additional fee.
