Figure H/Sol-ARCH
started in 2003 with a need in Miami’s Real Estate and Design markets for
photorealistic renderings. Within the first couple of years Figure H expanded its operations to include
Renderings, Animations and Scale Models. By 2005 a new trend towards sustainable design was up and
coming and Sol-ARCH was created with the desire to design buildings with a sensibility to the environment.
By 2008 Sol-ARCH was responsible for the design and construction administration of the first U.S.G.B.C.
LEED “GOLD” certified building in Miami-Dade County. In conjunction with The City of Miami and Mayor
Manny Diaz, The Staples project would become the bench mark for future city projects now requiring
U.S.G.B.C. Certification.

Mr. Conde has 25 years of experience as senior project manager, leading A/E teams for a wide range
of multifaceted projects including corporate offices and retail/commercial developments, hospitality
resorts, cruise terminal structures, residential and multiuse developments, automotive and specialty
facilities in both domestic and international markets.

•Worked 7 years as Director of Design and Construction for AutoNation
•Worked 10 years as VP of Design and Construction for BAP Development Group and continues
to consult for the Firm.
•Current responsibilities include day to day communication with clients and overseeing larger
Domestic and International projects.
Mrs. Conde has over 25 years of experience as a project manager located in Miami, Florida. As a
registered architect she performs project management and design on numerous projects ranging from
school facilities to cruise terminals, luxury residential and retail facilities in the United States, Europe
and South America. These projects have earned design awards from local and national organizations.
Her expertise lies in her knowledge of Local, Municipal and Federal zoning and building codes.

Mr. Figueredo has over 15 years of experience as production manager with a specialty in architectural

from mix-use commercial, lower and higher education, low, mid and high-rise luxury residential
condominiums, office towers, hotels, automobile dealerships and single family residences.
