Product Concept
The latest generation of V-shape UHP tire,
PROXES T1R has been designed exclusively
for sport sedans and coupes meeting the
demands of excellent high-speed stability
on both dry and wet conditions with low noise
and ride comfort.
The new PROXES T1R takes advantage
of computer simulation technology providing
uniform contact pressure distribution for superb
braking and improved wear resistance.
Features and Benefits
■Excellent Handling performance & Aqua performance
The new V-shape tread pattern with unique rigid shoulder rib-band
delivers excellent handling on dry surfaces, whereas on wet surfaces,
the new V-shape ensures superior water drainage for stabilized handling
with outstanding wet capability.
■Longer wear life & Low noise
The shoulder rib-band and the newly designed silica compound
with simulation of contact pressure distribution effectively minimize
the heat-build-up, preventing irregular wear resistance and the tire noise.
■Improved ride comfort and braking performance
Optimal pressure distribution of the tread contact patch ensures good road
hugging grip, while retaining excellent ride comfort and braking performance
under wet and dry conditions.
