RIVER VALLEY RANCH Burlington, WI River Valley Ranch is the oldest family owned and operated mushroom farm in the midwest. The farm consists of 7 growing houses all at different stages of production. Each crop (roughly 1000 lbs. per day) requires about 40 tons of compost which they produce on farm. Their mushrooms are grown without any chemicals or pesticides or growth enhancers.
