Since 1982 Everest has been a producer of fine packs and bags for the consumer market.
Our OEM program was developed as a marketting tool for our loyal dealer network and
corporate customers. All of our custom OEM bags are made to the same exact standards
as our regular Everest product line. We are constantly striving to simplify this program and
to make it easier for the dealer to stock custom bags/packs in an assortment of colors.

DISCLAIMER POLICY Acceptance of purchase order constitutes an agreement based
solely on Everest’s terms and condition regardless of any items of conditions set forth on
purchase order. Everest shall not bear responsibility for shortage unless reported 3 business days
from date of receipt. All styles are subject to change without notice.
FREIGHT/DELIVERY POLICY Everest will attempt to route all shipments as specified on
purchase order. If note is unspecified, Everest will select the most direct and inexpensive carrier
for delivery. Everest shall not bear responsibility for delivery delays caused by US customs,
shipping carriers or weather condition. All transfers of shipment to a recognized carrier will result
in their full responsibility and claim of any nature must be with the carrier at the time of delivery.
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by Everest, and a restocking fee of 15% may be
applicable on non-printed items. Return of all defective products should be made with desciption
of defect. Everest will repair or replace the product at Everest’s option. Everest will not be liable
for costs to replace products with embroidery and/or silkscreen prints.
METHOD OF PAYMENT Prepayment upon order. COD. All major credit cards accepted.
Net 30-day terms on approved credit.
