How to setup Windows Explorer for FTP in Windows XP

These screen shots will help you setup Windows XP for FTP. After that you will be able to drag
and drop files from your computer to the the Web Offset FTP Server.
Click the “Start” button, then click “My Network Places”. You should see “My Network Places”
(if it's not there see the “Enabling My Network Places” on Page 6 below)
Click on “Add a network place” (Some users may see
your window may look a bit different than shown).
“Add Network Place ”, and
Click the “Next” button to continue.
Select “Choose another network location” as shown above and click the “Next” button.
Type in ftp://ftp.weboffsetprint.com. Click the “Next” button.
Uncheck the “Log on anonymously” box and type in your user name.
Click the “Next” button.
type your ftp username here
Type Web Offset FTP, then Click the “Next” button.

Click the “Finish” button.

Enter your password and click “Log On”.
NOTE: After clicking “Log On”, a window will open.
This is where you drag and drop the files you want to upload.
To open Web Offset FTP in the future, return to “My Network Places”
and open the shortcut that was created there.
Enabling “My Network Places”
Right click on the start button and select “Properties”
Click the “Customize...” button near the bottom right of the “Taskbar and
Start Menu Properties” window.
Click the “Advanced” tab at the top of the “Customize Start Menu” window.
Scrool down to “My Network Places” and put a check mark in the box. Click
“OK”.
Click “OK” again on the “Taskbar and Start Menu Propeties” window.
You can now return to the beginning of the tuturial and continue.
