SPECIAL NEEDS:
- Kirtland Youth Theatre charges $3 for each student and $5 for each adult chaperone attending a performance.
- Schools receive one complimentary ticket for each 25 tickets paid. KYT will always use the comp allowance for adult-priced tickets first.
- When you complete this reservation form on your computer, the form will calculate your balance due below, or you can fill it out
manually and KYT can verify the billing information return the form to you as a confirmation and an invoice for payment.
- You may pay for all show reservations together, or one show at a time. If you are paying for each show separately, please include a copy of
the billing information below with each check you submit, and indicate which show you are paying for.
- KYT can change your reservation anytime before payment is submitted. But please call us directly to make sure seats still are available if
you need to increase your reservation.
