Semen Sales List
SEMEN SALES LIST
We have semen available from most of our sires, both foundation animals and our more contemporary
bucks. We do have a $100.00 minimum on semen purchases, although that can be combined with other
people, as long as the semen is transferred at one time. I can deliver semen to convention and Nationals,
and will sell here at the farm. Since Nationals and convention are very busy times for me, it is best if you
contact me both before and during the week. Email ([email protected]) is the best way to reach me
at home, and my cell is 503-781-7898 for when I am on the road.
DISCOUNTS!-
We offer a 10% discount on full canes, or a 20% discount on semen sales over $900.
** We are upgrading our semen tanks. We have an older, reliable, large volume tank (150-180 canes, 1500-1800
straws) with a working time of 60-90 days. We’ve recently purchased a new tank with a longer holding time, and have
this tank available. For anyone interested in purchasing a large volume of semen (20 canes or more), we would offer
this tank to the buyer at no charge. It could be used to transport semen from multiple farms. I can transport it to either
Nationals or Convention.

her SGCH easily as a 2 yr old in tough competition, then placed 2nd at Nationals. We freshened two beautiful
Element yearlings last Sept, one finished her GCH with a BIS at her first show, then was 1st yr old at

*** Jack is now an Elite sire!*** 2013 National Show Premier Sire
Now one of the country’s premier sires, Jack has consistently produced correct, high production daughters
with fancy udders. We are very pleased with the length of body, general correctness and beautiful dairy
strength of his daughters. The udders have been even better than we hoped for, with consistent high wide
rear udders and improved foreudder extension, and lots of milk, with good length of lactation. Jack’s
performance isn’t a surprise. His dam scored FS93 EEEE, milked 2-10 305 3788 131 3.5% 107 2.8%, and
was the 2008 National Champion. Jack’s sire, Fortune, owned by Olentangy Alpines, has many GCH
daughters and was the son of the ’99 Reserve National Champion. Still, Jack is even better than I hoped for
with this breeding. He is long bodied with tremendous dairyness like his dam and has excellent feet and legs.
He scored E or V in all structural categories, while in full rut, with E in front end, front leg and back. Jack has
at least 6 GCH and 2 FS93 daughters, including Living as ’15 National Champion and Best Udder Alpine.

After winning National Champion and Best udder, Rima capped that with the High Production award for
4,000 lbs milk! I saw her at her first show as a milking yearling, and like Jambalaya, decided on the spot
that I needed her next son. Rimrock is a tall, dairy fellow with long legs, and his first milkers have beautiful
udders and are extremely correct. His daughter, Skippin’ Free, was 1st 3 yr old at ’15 Nationals.

Mark’s beautiful Trona has long been a favorite of mine. She is a doe that can stand up to, and win, over
does like Tokay and Winseeker. She has tremendous general appearance and depth, as well as a fun
personality and striking color. Adding in the production of Freelance on the top of this pedigree made it very
irresistible to me, so when he was offered at the Spotlight Sale, I decided to bring him home. Tahoma's twin
sister, Teepleite, is a beautiful productive doe with 3-07 EX92 EEEE, 2-02 305 3240 116 3.6% 93 2.9%.

Blade is very much like his sire Tach Lach, a big, white, powerful buck that displays excellent dairy
strength and is throwing extremely correct kids. His dam Buffy and granddam Bewitched are known for being
one of the most consistent mammary lines in the Barnowl herd with numerous daughters displaying high,
wide rear udders, beautiful extension of fore and well-placed teats that earn them Best Udder awards easily.
All and all, Blade is a very exciting replacement for Tach that combines superb general appearance genetics
with consistent mammary genetics.
