Project Overview:
The Shops at Nanuet is an open-air streetscape environment, which will showcase
a diverse mix of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues. The design
philosophy is based on the creative interpretation of Traditional and Urban
Industrial Architecture, which have a significant presence in this community,
combined with current retail principles that stress comfort and convenience. The
main street “village” format will feature a combination of pedestrian and vehicular
traffic and a variety of façade treatments.
