Annual Banquet Recap We had a fabulous change in our Annual Banquet this year. Hee Hing is closed for renovations, so we decided to hold our banquet at Mandalay Restaurant in Downtown Honolulu in September. This restaurant is smaller than our usual, so it was easy to sell out all 34 tables, and we closed out the restaurant for a private party. Our Banquet Committee chose specialty and exquisite dishes that just whet everyone’s appetite! Individual mooncakes were given to each guest to take home for the Autumn Harvest Moon Festival. Everyone was delighted to have this special treat. As usual, entertainment was provided by comedian Frank Delima to make us laugh during the last half of our dinner.
