About us
In 2002, an established clothing manufacturer had a vision to revolutionise the styling and performance
of rugby clothing: replacing the traditional shapeless, high maintenance shirts, shorts and socks with kit
that looks and feels great.

Stash clothing features body-conscious styling, inspirational designs, and lighter, high performance fabrics
that fit right, wash well and stand up to punishment, game after game. We innovate constantly, using new
materials and new manufacturing methods to keep stash and its wearers ahead of the game.
Our passion to improve the performance of the player and the team permeates everything we do. To provide
a better, more responsive service we have boosted fabric stock levels and revolutionised manufacturing
processes, so that we can now process orders faster, typically within 6 to 8 weeks.

Club and Sponsor logos
Embroidery
When supplying Stash with artwork for club and sponsor logos
The conventional way to apply a club crest or logo to off-field kit. There is a set-up fee for most logos but
if you already have a copy of your embroidery artwork, you can supply it to us to avoid a minimal set-up
charge. Embroidery files need to be sent in .dst format.
To ensure your files print clearly, all artwork for club and sponsor logos supplied, must be in a vector file/
format. A vector file/format is usually an .ai, .eps, or pdf file, (pdf files must be created from a vector file).
Vinyl Transfer
We use two printing processes - screen printing, heat-seal transfer.
The cost of application and set-up depends on the size, colour(s), and printing process. Send us your
artwork with details of size, colour(s) and quantity required and we will recommend the most cost-effective
procedure.
Hi-res .jpeg files can be supplied but again must be at least 300 dpi (Ideally 600dpi) to ensure the highest
print quality. Anything lower than this may result in blurry, bit-mapped or pixelated print.
NOTE: Images used from the web are 72dpi and though they look fine on screen, they
are not suitable for vinyl printing.
There is no artwork set-up charge for simple logos such as text and basic shapes: more complex
requirements are usually charged but don’t worry, we will always tell you first and keep it to a minimum!
