Your Citizen of Smashville Passport will serve as your ticket for all of
the seats in your account for regular and post season games.

» STEP 1: When you arrive at the game, go directly to any entry
point in Bridgestone Arena.

» STEP 2: Present your Citizen of Smashville Passport to the
Bridgestone Arena attendant working at that gate.
The attendant will swipe your Passport to validate your
account and present you with a seat locator slip for each
ticket stored on your Passport for that specific game date.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
» STEP 3: Use the seat locator slip(s) to find your seats.
If your Citizen of Smashville Passport is lost or stolen, contact your
Account Representative immediately; it will be promptly deactivated.
» STEP 4: Cheer the Preds to victory!
When you contact your Account Representative you can also request
a replacement Passport. Each account may request one additional
passport for free. There will be a $25 reprint fee for any Passport
print request thereafter.
If you do not wish to reprint your Passport once it has been deactivated, you will still be able to print your tickets from home or load your
tickets on your credit card (which can then be swiped at any gate
location similarly to the Passport).

Remember, backpacks and large bags are not permitted. All items
brought into Bridgestone Arena are subject to a security search. For

GUEST ARRIVING SEPARATELY?
FORGOT YOUR CARD?
OPTION 1: Guests arriving separately will require their own ticket
to enter Bridgestone Arena. Prior to coming to the game you can
forward their seats to them via email using your My Smashville Tix
account. Your guests will have to print out their tickets at their home
or office prior to arriving at Bridgestone Arena.
OPTION 1: Access your My Smashville Tix account and print your
tickets for that night’s game, see page 6.
NOTE: Ticket forwarding will be disabled two hours prior to the start
of the game.
OPTION 2: Go to the Bridgestone Arena box office and speak to
a Preds ticket representative. You will need to provide a driver’s
license or other form of photo ID and verify security information.
OPTION 2: You can print tickets from your My Smashville Tix
account and deliver them directly to your guests or leave them in
an envelope at Bridgestone Arena Will Call.

My Smashville Tix is an easy to use digital ticket system for Bridgestone Arena located at nashvillepredators.com/mysmashvilletix.
Similar to printing or downloading an airline boarding pass/ticket
from home, this quick, secure and simple digital system will allow you
the ultimate convenience and flexibility in using your seats.
» Log in to My Smashville Tix and select ‘Manage My Tickets’
» Select an event, then select ‘Transfer to Friend’
» Select seats (and/or parking)
Using My Smashville Tix you will be able to:
» Select ‘Done’ to save your action for this game
• Print tickets from any computer connected to the internet and
a printer.
» Click ‘continue’ to proceed into the transfer process and
follow prompts
• Securely upload ticket information to your personal credit card to
use in place of your Passport.
When completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept
or decline the transferred tickets. Once accepted, the recipient will be
prompted to log into/create an Account Manager profile and manage
the received tickets.
• Quickly post your tickets for resale.
• Securely and electronically transfer tickets via email.

» On the confirmation page, click the ‘print’ button. Your tickets will
download as a PDF file
» Open this file to print your tickets
OTE: Once you click the ‘print’ button, the downloaded tickets will

be required for entry to the event. You cannot use any tickets that
have been previously issued or printed. Tickets you have printed will
no longer be loaded on your Passport.

Due to an increasing demand for Predators tickets, please see below
for Nashville Predators Ticket Exchange Policy guidelines.
» Select an event, then select ‘Transfer to Card’
» Select seats (parking cannot be transferred to card)
» Select ‘Done’ to save your action for this game
» Click ‘continue’ to proceed into the transfer process
» Specify the Credit Card or Passport you would like to load and
follow prompts
» Be sure to use 16-digit code on the back of your Passport
NOTE: Ticket forwarding will be disabled two hours prior to the start
of the game.

for exchange and to exchange your tickets.
• All ticket exchange requests are subject to availability and must be
completed one week prior to the game you are exchanging.
• When exchanging tickets, a replacement game must be selected at
the time of the exchange. Credits will not be applied to your account.
SHARE PARTNERS
• Only season tickets can be exchanged for a future game. Tickets
already exchanged cannot be exchanged multiple times.
To request additional Citizen of Smashville Passports for your share
partners, go to nashvillepredators.com/addpassport and complete
the form to request that an affiliate account be created.
• All exchanges are subject to availability and season-ticket holders
will be offered the same, similar or best available price category at
the time of the request.
Once their account is created, they will be issued their own Citizen of
Smashville Passport. You may then transfer games from your account
to your share partner’s account for free using your My Smashville
Tix account. Be sure the email you are sending to matches the one
on your share partner’s account. Your share partner will need to
accept your ticket transfer. Each account may request one additional
passport for free. There will be a $25 reprint fee for any passport
print request thereafter.
• DEX All-Inclusive Zone Tickets and Suite Tickets will be exchanged
for best available in the Premium Lower Bowl. Fan Zone with the All
You Can Eat option will be exchanged for ‘Ticket Only’ and will not
include food and beverage.
Note: Tickets will not automatically be loaded onto the share partner’s
card. Your share partner can follow the steps in the “transfer tickets to
card” section above. Call your account representative for more details.

Note: For the upcoming season, ticket exchanges will need to be
made through the link provided below. After you fill out the form, you
will be contacted via email once your exchange has been processed.

Ford Ice Center, which opened in August 2014, was built as a provision
of the June 2012 lease agreement between the city of Nashville and
Bridgestone Arena. A component of the public-private partnership
between Metro and the Nashville Predators, this state-of-the-art ice
center will help continue the growth of hockey in Middle Tennessee.
Ford Ice Center, located at The Common at the Crossings, is part of
a mixed-use complex that includes an expanded branch library, new
regional community center and park that will change the landscape
of the Antioch community.

SMASHVILLE REWARDS POINTS
Your 2014-15 Smashville Rewards points will be available to you
through June 30, 2015 at which time they will expire. You are able
to roll over any unused 2014-15 points into the 2015-16 season by
renewing your season tickets by the specified renewal deadline in
the spring of 2015. Any Smashville Rewards points rolled over from
2013-14 will expire on June 30, 2015 and may not be rolled over.
Points are spent on a first-in/first-out basis.
HOCKEY BUCKS
You can redeem Hockey Bucks at concession stands and merchandise
locations inside Bridgestone Arena using your Citizen of Smashville
Passport. Your Passport will NOT have Hockey Bucks loaded on it
when you receive it. Hockey Bucks can be purchased from the Rewards
Catalog on smashvillerewards.com with Smashville Rewards points.
Hockey Bucks will appear on your Citizen of Smashville Passport
within two business days. You can check your balance by going to
www5.myicard.net and entering the 16-digit card number on
the back of your Passport. Hockey bucks will expire June 30, 2015.
