5 Year “Head to Toe” Warranty
Domore products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5)
years from the date received. All defects must be reported within thirty (30)days of acceptance of product.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Domore will, after inspection by an authorized agent or at its option, either: a.) repair or b.) replace the
item so original specifications are retained. This warranty does not apply to shipping damage, allowable
tolerances, handling damage, damage due to misuse, modification of chair, damage due to storage
conditions, or non-compliance with required maintenance. Additionally, normal wear and tear is not
covered. Under no circumstances shall Domore or any of its affiliated companies be liable for incidental or
consequential damages .

Domore 24/7 Intensive Use Seating is available on GSA Schedule GS-28F-0019V. It has been
used by U.S. government agencies for many years in intensive use applications. Our seating
passes the GSA Intensive Use test FNEW83-2696E, which sets the industry standard in intensive
use seat testing. In most categories, this test is 10 times the ANSI/BIFMA Acceptance Standard.

A Patented 24/7 chair control - The heart of any
chair is its control. Our patented 24/7, heavy-duty
chair control is specifically engineered for 24/7 use.
It is wider, heavier, and stronger than anything else
we’ve ever seen on the market.

B Genuine coil spring seats - For comfort, air flow,
and easy position changes. Not many companies
use seats with real coil springs anymore. We do.
C Premium Adjustable Lumbar - Proper lumbar support is simply essential. Premium automotive grade
adjustable lumbar support is standard on every
Domore 24/7 seat.

D Bases / Casters - No plastic bases. No tiny, flimsy
casters. Domore star bases are constructed of
heavy gauge metal and roll on five 3” dual wheel
casters (more on XL /XXL models).

E Adjustments - Back height adjustment allows the
height of the back to vary from person to person
and places the lumbar in just the right spot. You
can adjust seat height, back height, lumbar size
and placement, and recline tension and lock-out on
every Domore 24/7 chair.
F Components - Back bars and arm supports are
specially engineered for the job. Manufactured of
3/8” bar stock steel these components are truly
heavy-duty components.

G Fabrics - All our stock fabrics have a moisture
barrier guard. Perspiration and liquids do not
penetrate to the foam. This process prevents
“stinky chair”. Keep all your chairs in service.
