10 Steps Electronic Log
2011 [Type the company name] Chelsey Tiegiser [10 STEPS ELECTRONIC LOG] 10 Steps Electronic Log By Chelsey Tiegiser Introduction iii Introduction Step 6 of the 10 Steps program asks the team members to help reduce defects by acknowledging the causes of defects and coming up with solutions to prevent them in the future. These responses have always been addressed in binders, known as the 10 Steps books. To make it easier to view and answer defects, the responses have now been moved online. The 10 Step Log link is found by accessing Labinal Corinth’s intranet under “Operation” and then under “Quick Links.” Contacts Contacts Database Administrators: Nikki Baker Chelsey Tiegiser Luis Reyes Privileged Users John McNamee Jan Clountz Jason Clarke Jean-Marc Calmels Ronnie Phillips v Program Contents Program Contents 7 Table of Contents ix Table of Contents Introduction .............................................................................................................................................................................. iii Contacts ........................................................................................................................................................................................ v Program Contents ................................................................................................................................................................... 7 Information for the PA .......................................................................................................................................................... 3 A.
