Information is not bi-directional. SAGE is always the “system of record”. Once Selected, a Create BOL’s button is available and creates BOL transactions as seen in the next screens. Product Movement Audit Report by Package: Product Movement Packages are translated into BOL batches based on Inventory movements. BOL 121212124 is one pickup of Diesel for 4000 Gals and distributed to 4 different sales orders BOL 343434344 is a pickup of Regular Gas and Premium Gas for 750 Gals each, totaling 1500 Gals and the following distributions to one single sales order: 500 gals of Regular Gas, 500 Gals of Premium Gas and 500 Gals of blended Midgrade Gas. Header and Distribution data is completed during this integration process. BOL 121212124 is one pickup of Diesel for 4000 Gals and distributed to 4 different sales orders BOL 343434344 is a pickup of Regular Gas and Premium Gas for 750 Gals each, totaling 1500 Gals and the following distributions to one single sales order: 500 gals of Regular Gas, 500 Gals of Premium Gas and 500 Gals of blended Midgrade Gas. BOL 565656564 is a pickup of Diesel for 500 Gals and distributed to the above sales order, also used to sell the retained product as Heating Oil for the newly picked up Gals. BOL 232323234 is a pickup of Gas for 1000 Gals and distributed to a single sales order for the total Gals BOL 454545454 is a pickup of Diesel for 1500 Gals and distributed to a single sales order as Heating Oil for 1000 Gals and 500 Gals of Diesel was retained on the truck whse. Also because the retain from that truck is then sold, the original BOL number is referenced and distributed to the new sales order; again sold as Heating Oil. ***There are 2 BOL’s in this transaction; one for the original pickup of fuel from the supplier and then one for the internal transfer of the retained product off of the truck warehouse distributed to the sales order. In this case, an internal vendor is used. BOL 565656564 is a pickup of Diesel for 500 Gals and distributed to the above sales order, also used to sell the retained product as Heating Oil for the newly picked up Gals. DM2 New Feature #1 Add/Update Terminals and Suppliers from Sage BOL Pickup Point Code Maintenance Terminal is created based on data added in Address section and Smartlogix section on the Right. Supplier is added to Smartlogix using Sage supplier(vendor) number and Name. Terminal Maintenance in SL matches data in Sage based on info added above Name is combination of City, State and Operator Code Sage supplier is then mapped to Terminal as seen below DM2 New Feature #2 Customer and/or Shipto for Gross/Net flag Over-Ride In Customer Maintenance, in the Petrolink button there is a flag to force Gross or force Net for the SX Distributions on the BOL transactions.
