Weck jars are expensive, but they are also
incredibly beautiful and completely made of

CANNING SCOOP
Yes, you can use any ladle for canning.
But I love this ladle (aka "canning scoop")
because it is very large with pour spouts
on either side (good for lefties) and there is
a hook for hanging it on the side of the
pan. Made by Progressive International.
