Thanks to many years of
experience, Mathieu has developed
the extremely reliable, efficient and
environmentally friendly sweeper
AZURA. The AZURA wants to be
reassuring, efficient and
environmentally friendly for cleaning
operations in inner-city areas.
The AZURA is manufactured in
Europe, meets all the statutory
requirements and is homologated
and CE-certified.

Effective and efficient: these are the
hallmarks of the powerful AZURA. It is
environmentally friendly and ideal for
cleaning streets, lanes, cycle paths,
promenades and town squares. The
compact AZURA is in a class of its
own.
With a maximum driving speed of up
to 25 / 50 kilometres per hour
(according to the local regulation), an
intelligent, patented sweeping system,
a powerful EURO 5 or Tier 3 diesel
engine, and a stainless steel hopper
with a gross capacity of 2 m3, the
AZURA moves the compact class to a
new level and becomes the new
reference in the urban extra compact
sweeper segment.

Outstanding performance
With a fan capacity of 13,000 m3 /h,
a 540x200 mm extra-wide suction
mouth and a high resistance
suction hose with a diameter of 250
mm, the AZURA is designed for
ultimate performance.
An ingenious PPS brush
arrangement
Innovative and well thought-out, the
brush design of the AZURA, with a
so-called “push and pull” sweeping
system and a sweeping width of
2.45 metres, provide for a wide
variety of uses.
Simplicity of Cleaning and
Maintenance operations
With the brushes mounted on rotary
cylinders - a patented technology the operating possibilities are
greatly increased thanks to its
integrated searching system.
Thanks to this patented technology,
it is possible to use the brushes in
both pushed and pulled modes,
and to operate them in connection
or independently of one of another.
The hopper and the fan screen,
made of stainless steel, are very easy
for the driver to clean. All parts of the
machine that require maintenance
are positioned to be readily
accessible and limiting the mounting
/ dismounting operations and
facilitate the accessibility to all the
components.
OPTIONS
The standard equipment for the AZURA is very comprehensive and offers the driver the ability to work in total
serenity:
The AZURA can be extended by a range of options, such as:
• Camera system, so that from the cab, the driver can see on a colour monitor what is happening behind the
machine. This system can be extended with one additional camera for the suction nozzle.
• Tilting adjustment of the right and left brushes from the cab.
• Water recycling system: water recycled from the container to the suction nozzle.
• High-pressure water pump with a capacity of 20 litres per minute, and a pressure of 150 bar. including 5 metres of
hose with high pressure cleaning lance.
• Electro-pneumatic suspended driver seat
• Air conditioning
• Panoramic electrically adjustable heated side mirrors

A spacious and
ergonomic cab
The surprisingly spacious cab is
designed for maximum working
comfort and safety. Thanks to the
extra wide extra high windscreen,
the glass doors and glass
windows, the driver has a
complete overview of the working
area and the situation on the
street.
All the sweeping functions of the
AZURA are controlled with just
one joystick. The sweeping
functions of the machine can be
switched on directly by means of a
single separate control button
“Start and Sweep” which allows a
quick start of the sweeping mode.

Manoeuvrability
Increased output
Thanks to its extra compact
dimensions, its reduced overhang
and its 4-steering wheels in
sweeping mode, the AZURA
effortlessly negotiates past
obstacles and through narrow
passages in town.
In transit mode, its exceptional
2,15 m wheel base, its rear axle
locking system offer comfort and
security to the operator.
Designed with a high quality level,
the new stainless steel hopper
allows a huge payload capacity.
Its 1,40 m tipping height allows the
debris to be tipped into skips or
directly into refuse collection
vehicles, its 360 litre water capacity
and its water recycling system
increase the working cycles of the
AZURA.
