Explaination of the Minimums
- Minimums cannot be applied to private events, unless the member is the host of the event
- Minimums cannot be applied to post-tournament/post-outing meals unless it is a CLUB
sponsored tournament (Member-Member, Member-Guest, Club Championship) as all others
qualifiy as a private event
- Minimums are applied to food & beverage base charges only and cannot be used
towards tax & gratuity
- Minimums can only be used by the Member(s)- family & friends may not charge to or sign
for a minimum charge unless the member is present (except children of FAMILY
MEMBERHIP holders) Spouses may not sign for a minimum charge unless the member is present.
-You have the option of paying your minimum up front in full. Otherwise, you will be billed
for any house charges on your next statement.
- Gift Certificate purchases can not be applied to the minimum
- Minimums are non-transferrable and do not carry over to the next year
- Snack Shack purchases cannot be applied to the minimum
- Minimums can be paid in full at the beginning of the year, or in monthly increments
- It may take up to 1 week to re-establish charging privileges once a late payment is recieved
- If you are more than 60 days behind in payment of dues or minimum, charging and golf
privileges may be suspended, and a late fee of 18% or the highest rate allowed by law,
whichever is lower, will be applied every 30 days until balance is current
-Two receipts for each charge will be printed, one for your records, should you choose, and
one for the Club’s records. If you leave without signing the Club’s copy, an 18% service charge
will be automatically applied to your check, the staff will indicate “DID NOT SIGN”
on the receipt, and this total will be applied to your minimum.
Minimums are intended to maintain business in the clubhouse and improve cashflow to the
business, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding through your participation!

3. All fees, dues, and charges shall be billed to the Applicant monthly and are due to the club immediately but no later than

4. Applicant agrees that the club may charge a late fee rate of 18% or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, on any
past due amounts owed to the club
5. The Applicant shall pay any and all costs and expenses incurred by the Club in collecting any unpaid charges, including the
Club’s reasonable attorney’s fees
