A great family day out especially for the under 10s, for a friendly taste of natural farm life and to introduce
them at close hand to the farm pig or calf. There is a great variety of tame animals for children to stroke and
feed, including rabbits and ambs and you may be lucky enough to see newly hatched chicks or ducklings.
Don't miss the daily activities timetable, such as rabbit handling and pony grooming. Children will also enjoy

ANDOVER The Hawk Conservancy Trust

The Hawk Conservancy Trust is a visitor centre and conservation charity that has for many years worked in the
fields of conservation, education, rehabilitation and research of birds of prey. Set in 22 acres of woodland and
wildflower meadow, there are over 150 birds of prey on view, from owls to eagles! Many of these birds are
involved in our spectacular daily flying demonstrations, whilst others are part of important breeding or
environmental enrichment projects. Special events include Owls by Moonlight and Flying
Experience/Photographic Days. During weekends and school holidays extra attractions are available for the
enjoyment of our visitors, including the thrill of runner duck racing and ferret racing. For our younger visitors,
there is a nature trail, ‘raptor passports’ to complete around the grounds, children’s hides and an adventure play
area. Allow at least four hours for your visit as there is so much to see and do! Open daily, 10am–4.30pm;

At the popular Longdown Activity Farm there is fun for all the family, whatever the weather, with a schedule

SOUTHAMPTON The New Forest Wildlife Park

Enjoy a wildlife walkabout through 25 acres of secluded, ancient woodland within the New Forest National
Park. Along the way you may see three species of otters and you can watch them swim underwater,

playful polecats, ferrets and mink, Scottish wildcats, foxes, sleeping badgers, tame deer, pine martens and
then walk into Wallaby Wood to check on the wallabies, grishkin, our European lunx and lastly the awesome
