A note from me
21 November, 2015
As of today’s date I am blessed to now have seven month old twin boys.
The last eighteen months in particular, I have been unable to focus on my
SeneGence business. However, because of all the seeds planted prior to this
time, my business has continued to flourish and grow. This is testament to
two things. 1. LipSense and all the SeneGence products really work and
women (and men) really love them! 2. Small things consistently work
better than nothing at all.
My time is still very limited, but that doesn’t stop the phone ringing and women buying.
No effort extended is done in vain, and at the right time you will reap what you have sown.

AVENUE OF INCOME
1. Retail Profit
Your retail profit is the difference between wholesale cost and retail sale.
The Schedule of Profit is as follows: (dollar amounts are approximates only)

Your cost is the retail price LESS your entitled discount.
• A $300 order entitles you to a 30% discount, meaning you only pay $210.00.
• A $2100 order entitles you to a 50% discount, meaning you only pay $1050.00.
Party Earning Potential
The table below sets out one party a week with six women.
The average spend per person at a party is $120.00 which equals $720.00 per party.
Remember that PV is accumulated in one calendar month.
This table is relevant if you do not carry inventory and only order after each party.

2. Dowline Commission
Down Line Commissions are calculated for all orders within the calendar month for any value of
100PV or less. Assuming your downline placed a 100PV order and you have place a 100PV order
in a calendar month, commissions are as follows:

• You must have personally placed no less than a 100PV order. (approximately $365.00 retail)
• You would get commission if you only had one personally sponsored downline
For line 4
• You must have placed at least a 200PV order (approximately $730.00 retail)
• There must be five distributors on the 1st line who each ordered at least 100PV
• Lines 1 through to 3 must have a total group PV of at least 10,000.00
For line 5
• You placed an order of at least 300PV
• At least five distributors on your 1st line each placed an order of 200PV
• Lines 1 through 3 must have a total group PV of at least 15,000.00

3. Group Sales Volume
This is paid on the total amount of sales of all product orders placed by your Downline Distributors
in any qualifying month – minus the first 100PV (which you have already received as your Downline
Commission). Group Sales Volume has NO LIMITS!

Conditions to receive Group Sales Volume
1st Line
• 10% on all orders over the first 100PV as long as you personally place at least 100PV in the
same month
Example: You personally order 100PV in a month. This qualifies you for commission on your first line.
You have sponsored someone who places a 300PV in the same month.
You have already been paid downline commission on their first 100PV, leaving a balance of 200PV for
group sales volume commission. You receive 10% of the balance of PV, that is, in this example 200PV,
which equates to 20PV. Group Sales Volume Commission is $27.80.
The total commission you would get for someone you have sponsored who places a 300PV order in the
same month as you placing a qualifying order is $41.70.
If your personally sponsored person was to place a 1000PV in the month, you would be paid downline
commission on the first 100PV (which is $13.90) and then 10% on the balance of 900PV, which is 90 PV
which equates to $125.10. This would then give you a total commission for the month on that person of
$139.00
Lines 2 through to 5
• You have personally placed at least 300PV
• You have five distributors on your 1st line that have place a 300PV order
• Each level of Distributors (lines 2-5) must have at least five Distributors that placed at least a
300PV order
• Each level (2-5) must fulfill qualifications for that line and the levels above it to receive the
commission for the line

PRINTING MATERIALS AND A FINAL NOTE
I have also taken the time to design a tri-fold brochure promoting LipSense. This brochure
has a blank space for you to add your details. Please ask for a price for these if you wish to
buy smaller quantities. For a one off set up cost of $65.00, I can add your photo and your
details onto the brochure and provide you with an electronic copy for you to take directly to
your own printing company.
It goes without saying that you will need business cards. You can order very simple ones
through www.vistaprint.com.au to get you started. SeneGence has images in abundance for
you to choose from.
Another printed item that is useful are stickers with your name and phone number to place on
every LipSense product that you sell, so your customers know where to go when they re-order.
I am happy to share details of who I go through, but you can also get these through Vistaprint.
If you are going to do markets, events or expos, you will also need to consider a large, stand
alone pull up banner. Additionally, and in particular if you are a salon or retail outlet, you
might want to consider a tabletop pull up banner. These are great! For all women opening their
account as part of my team, these electronic files are available to you free of charge.
To display the whole range of products, SeneGence does have a display stand that fits
every product. If you just want to display LipSense, you can get acrylic lipstick holders from
ebay, Howards Storage or I have even spotted them in Spotlight and Lincraft from time to time.
On a personal note, I am here to help with anything you need. I make myself available three
nights a week for phone calls or skype calls if you need. I am happy to communicate via text if you
prefer and will always return your call within a few hours if I don’t answer.
