Using Domino Foodservice Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar

ice
2 oz. rum
1/2 oz. triple sec
5-6 whole strawberries
fresh or frozen
(additional for garnish)
• juice from one lime
wedge
Choose one sweetener:
• 3 tbsp. Simple Syrup
OR
• 1 1/2 tbsp. Agave Syrup
• straw

Fill a large wine glass with ice to chill.

In a blender, add rum, triple sec, strawberries, lime juice and the ice from the glass.

Add sweetener.

OR

Cover and purée until smooth. Pour into glass
and garnish with strawberry slice. Add straw
and serve immediately.
