Please read the instructions printed below carefully before submitting the Application Form.
This application form must be accompanied by challan receipt duly paid in any branch of HBL (Habib
Bank Ltd.) for Rs. 2558/- as cost of prospectus & registration fee (non-refundable). Only after receipt of
paid challan (college copy), prospectus will be issued, the candidate will be registered and given a Roll
Number to take the entrance examination.
3.
If SSC Part-II result is not expected by the closing date (see above – Para ‘E’), Hope Certificate (in
original) by the Principal showing the fact that the candidate will hopefully get 80% or above marks,
must be attached with this form.
4.
An attested copy of Candidate’s NADRA registration Form ‘B’ MUST be attached with this form.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
The contents of the Prospectus must be read carefully before applying for admission.
2.
Application Form, complete in all respects, must be accompanied by the following:a. Three latest passport size photographs of the candidate duly attested (on backside) by the
Headmaster/Principal of the last school attended.
b. Paid challan (College copy) for Rs.2558/- (non-refundable) for candidates within Pakistan. Bank
Draft of worth Pak Rupees 3000/- instead of challan form for candidates living abroad. The
demand draft should be payable in favour of Principal, Cadet College Hasan Abdal.
c. Undertaking at Serial No. 5, 6 & 7 must be signed by the candidate and countersigned by the parent/
guardian.
d. Address Slip (given at the end of the Prospectus as Appendix ‘D’ must be duly completed).
3.
Application Form must be sent by Registered Post / Courier and addressed to the Principal, Cadet
College, Hasan Abdal.
4.
Incomplete Application Form, the Application Forms of those who are overage/underage and
Application Forms unaccompanied by any of the documents listed above shall not be entertained and
the Registration Fee will NOT be refunded.
Note. a.
The candidates for admission to Class 8/O-Level are normally asked to appear for the entrance
written test and interview at the centres of their choice. In case it is not feasible to hold the
written test and interview at a particular centre the candidates of the particular centre shall be
asked to appear for the test and interview at another centre.
