Corrugated Plastic
Corrugated plastic is a tough, waterproof, plastic sign material which resembles the appearance of “plastic cardboard”. The hollow-fluted design
makes this material extremely lightweight, easy to handle and displays in
a number of ways. Colors available in red, white, blue, black, green, orange,
yellow and gray.
Alumalite
This material is a strong, aluminum composite metal sign panel with a high
density, corrugated plastic core. Alumalite has two factory-painted sheets of
aluminum permanently bonded to both sides of a corrugated plastic core,
sandwiching the plastic panel in between.
LusterBoard
Painted aluminum bonded to both sides of a furniture grade exterior
plywood core. Average outdoor life expectancy when properly installed
is 5-7 years, depending on the climate.
MDO Board
This plywood with a resin treated fiber is applied to both faces. This gives
MDO an extremely durable and smooth finish that is easy to paint. MDO
is specifically rated for exterior use, which means it is safe from the harsh
elements, insects or other outdoor hazards,

Vinyl banner material comes in a variety of sizes, weights and colors. For
most outdoor applications, we recommend using at least a 13 ounce heavy
duty banner material. When installed properly, we’ve seen banners lettered
with high performance vinyl graphics, last as long as 10 years outdoors. Large
