NURSERIES CAROLINIANA, INC., WHOLESALE DIVISION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE DEAR CUSTOMERS – PLEASE READ THIS PAGE! Since some varieties are limited or are at various stages of growth, we recommend calling for availability. HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, Closed Saturday. Orders may be picked up at the nursery. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 to be loaded by 4:30. Please FAX, E-mail or phone in your orders at least 72 hours before pickup so we may assemble and stage the plants for loading. In our busy seasons, the Spring and Fall, please call 24 hours in advance to ensure your order is ready for pickup. Your cooperation is appreciated. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS TO OUR WHOLESALE LOCATION. Although we can arrange tours of the nursery with Garden Clubs, Master Gardener groups, etc., no retail sales are made at our wholesale location. These groups must go to our retail location on the same property to purchase plants. CLAIMS: Any claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of stock. In no case will our liability exceed the purchase price. We guarantee our stock to be true to name but we do not guarantee the livability of our plants. Nurseries Caroliniana, Inc. will make no replacement of plants once planted on a landscape job or kept for longer than 5 days. All prices on this list are for the wholesale nursery trade only and are subject to change without notice. TERMS: C. O. D., cash or company check. NOTICE: If you are from outside of the fire ant zone, please call ahead so that we can assemble your order and treat it with pesticide. There are no restrictions for most of Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and eastern North Carolina. MINIMUMS: Since this is a wholesale nursery, we expect to sell in wholesale quantities. Due to increased labor and overhead costs we must adhere to our minimum purchase requirements. Our minimum purchase is $200 ($500 for delivery see DELIVERY section below). If less than $200 add 10% and if less than $100 add 20% to invoice amount. A 30% restocking fee is charged on all returned items or items asked to be pulled and not picked up. A minimum of 6 plants PER CULTIVAR is required for 1-gallon sizes, 3 per variety for 2 gallon and 2 per variety for 3 gallon. If you must have less than the minimums, please add 30% to the wholesale price of each plant. PLEASE NOTE: the minimums for each variety are not cumulative. (e.g., 3 Camellia j. ‘Debutante’ and 3 Camellia j. ‘Kumasaka’ are still below the minimum.) No minimums on larger sizes. CONTAINER RECYCLING: We will credit your account for the return of most size commercial nursery containers in good condition. Please no colored or branded nursery containers.
