Gorilla Axle, Inc. began as a small automotive shop that specialized in front-end repair. Known in the early days as
CV Joints Plus, the company also repaired ATV CV axles for local customers and friends. As the Utility ATV market exploded, so did the need for heavy-duty CV axles. Being avid outdoorsmen and ATV enthusiasts, the staff of CV Joints
Plus was determined to find a fix for the problematic stock CV axles that were too weak to hold up to the constant
abuse caused by the boom in oversized aggressive tires and suspension lift kits that had come onto the market. Having a large supply of automotive-grade CV parts, CV Joints Plus began to research components to build axles for ATVs
that would hold up and keep the customers happy and on the trails. After a few successful runs, Gorilla Axle was
born. Knowing that focusing on the immediate area would be shortsighted, Gorilla Axle set out to gain market share
and further develop the Gorilla Axle line. Soon, Gorilla Axle eclipsed the sales of the automotive-based CV Joints
Plus and continues to grow in size and annual sales to this day. With all Gorilla Axles having a full one-year warranty,
they have proven to stand up to the largest ATVs with super-aggressive tires installed and ridden in the worst conditions imaginable.
In 2011, Gorilla Axle offers Gorilla Axle Duty Axles for models ranging from a 1987 Polaris Trailblazer 250 to the all
new 2011 Can-Am Outlander 800R X MR which comes with Gorilla Axle Silverback Tires, straight from the Can-Am
factory with new applications being added on an almost weekly basis. Along with building axles to fit stock ATVs,
Gorilla Axle excels in building custom axles for customers who have radically modified their ATV or are seeking a
unique application such as rock crawling vehicles or Baja Racers. Although usually costly and time consuming, Gorilla
Axle has often proven to be the only solution for people desiring to have a unique ATV or to build their own vehicle
to suit their needs. Having the ability to build custom axles is not just a benefit for customers, though. “Not only

Gorilla Axle believes that they shouldn’t be the only ones who can reach such heights…so, recently, Gorilla Axle
expanded to include suspension lift kits. Since Gorilla Axles customers tend to be true ATV enthusiasts, and due to
the popularity of smaller lift kits on the market, Gorilla Axle offers lift kits ranging from the StageONE Lift Kit, which
allows the customer to maintain the stock-feel of their machine and offers 1.5”-3” of lift to the ORIGINAL Gorilla Axle
Suspension Lifts, which offer between 4” and 10”, depending on model and customer desire. These new lifts, which
are completely bolt on and require no fabricating from the customer, raise the ATV to offer incredible ground clearance and off-road capabilities when compared with stock ATV units. Gorilla Axle Suspension Lifts are available for
many makes and models with new applications in R&D on a constant basis.

Gorilla Axle Suspension Lifts are made from the highest quality
materials and are designed to fit your ATV as a completely bolt-on
kit, with no cutting or welding needed. Once installed this Suspension Lift will raise the ATV a full 5-7” (depending on which kit)
gaining valuable ground and fender clearance in the process. To
offset this rise in center of gravity the suspension is also widened to

necessary for the kit to work and still handle the load of high horsepower engines with super aggressive tires. Like the stock length
Gorilla Axles, these extended Gorilla Axles are made up of 4340
chromoly which is then cryogenically treated to ensure its absolute
durability for these harsh applications. All lift components and Gorilla Axles are machined for an exact fit with little or no modifications to

The Gorilla Axle Duty Yamaha Grizzly Rear Driveshaft is made of the same 4340
Chromoly Steel that is featured in the Gorilla Axle Duty Axles. The OEM Driveshaft
on the 2002-2007 Grizzly 660 is known to have breakage issues when the machine
is submitted to regular riding in hardcore conditions. Seeing the need for improvement, Gorilla Axle designed and manufactured this aftermarket “ANSWER” for the

These shafts run through the motor from the transmission to the front differential. The
stock part tends to break pretty often...so, here’s one that will hold up to HEAVY DUTY
abuse! The Gorilla Axle Duty “Through” Shafts require no modifications to the engine cases
and it is made of 4340 Chromoly Steel (the same material Gorilla Axles are made of). The
Gorilla Axle Duty Can-Am “Through” Shaft replaces OEM Part Number 420620515.

Why buy a whole new radiator? The OEM radiator is designed to work in the harshest of conditions. Fact is...if you cover ANY radiator with
mud...it’s gonna clog! By relocating the stock radiator to the front rack, you will keep your engine just as cool as the OEMs say it should be.
If it DOES get muddy, this shroud will allow for easy cleaning and rinsing. Gorilla Axle Engineers factored in the perfect mounting angle to
deflect debris and limbs and have custom cut the Gorilla Axle Face Logo in each shroud so the competition knows who’s coming!
The Gorilla Axle Radiator Relocation Shroud is made of 3/16” Plated Steel and is precision cut to fit your application. These kits are not sold
as pieces and should be used in combination with one another to achieve the best results possible. Complete kits include Relocation Kit,
Replacement Hose, Mounting Hardware, and Shroud.

A huge majority of ATV enthusiasts prefer to maintain a stock-sized ATV in order to enjoy the comfort of a smooth ride, keep repair bills to
a minumum, and be able to enjoy their ATV in every riding situation...not just “the bad stuff.” The StageONE Suspension Lift by Gorilla Axle
is a bolt-on, bracket and spacer suspension enhancement system that increases ground clearance by 1.5 - 3 inches depending on application. The StageONE Suspension Lift by Gorilla Axle offers the following features:
1/4” Steel Brackets - To conserve costs and increase profits, “lift kits” on the market today settle with brackets made of 1/16” steel, usually
cut from square tubing. There’s no “MEAT” to the product and the slightest obstacle could have the power to bend or even break the
bracket and render the lift useless and the rider disappointed. When Gorilla Axle decided to make the StageONE Suspension Lift by Gorilla
Axle, we wanted to be sure to maintain the strength and durability that you’ve come to expect from Gorilla Axle products. Gorilla Axle
Engineers employed the use of 3/16 - 1/4 inch stell which gives The StageONE over 100% MORE DURABILITY than the other lifts available
today.
Billet Aluminum Spacers - Spring spacers stiffen the suspension by tightening the springs and reducing sag caused by harsh riding conditions. By stiffening the springs on the shock assembly, extra ground clearance is gained allowing for larger oversized tires to be mounted
below the fender and out of the way of drivetrain and frame components. Our billet aluminum spacers LOOK just as good as they RIDE!
Powder Coated Finish - For a higher quality appearance and added durability, The StageONE Suspension Lift by Gorilla Axle is powder coated, which adds life to your components. If you’ve ever looked under the fender of a machine that has the leading brand, then you’ve seen
the sore thumb sticking out. Brackets that stick out and look like they shouldn’t be there...well...shouldn’t be there. StageONE Suspension
Lift components are powder coated silver to set them apart from lesser lift kits. You just spent A LOT of monoey on a new machine. Don’t
just bolt “anything” on it. Make it look GOOD!

Gorilla Axle Heavy Duty Rebuild Kits consist of specially
redesigned internal cv parts. We begin with a 35% increase
in cage thickness along with a reduction in diameter of
the star race. We also upgraded the material used to 4340
Chromoly steel. This combination more than doubles the
strength of the joint compared to OEM parts. Each rebuild
kit comes with a cage, race, and 6 ball bearings. Also
includes disassembly and reassembly instructions. Prices

Gorilla Axle Heavy Duty Outer Joints consist of a upgraded, chromoly
cv housing containing chromoly internals splined to fit on the OEM
axle bar. These joints are typically much larger than the OEM joints
they replace and are at least 40% stronger depending on the application. Heavy Duty Outer Joints are the cv “bell” housings. They come
preassembled and are a direct stock replacement.
OEM cv joints are stock replacement joints that are preassembled
and return your broken axle to its stock strength.
