The ScanVision Static sEMG measures
the electrical activity of the paraspinal
muscles at one moment in time. It’s a
lot like an x-ray, but for muscle instead
of bone. The test is performed while

Dynamic sEMG measures the electrical activity of the paraspinal muscles
over time, and in motion. It’s a lot like
video flouroscopy, but for muscles instead of bone. The test is performed
while the patient is moving through a
series of specific motions.
