 The referendum will authorize, but not require, the District to
issue up to amount of debt of $86,606,691 to fund the list of
specified projects.
 The approved projects will be carried out and financed in phases
over a period of three to four years.
 The District will issue debt to fund the projects at a series of
competitive sales over a period of approximately three to four
years, ensuring that it secures the lowest possible interest rates.
 Approximately 47% of the principal and interest on the debt
issued to fund the projects will be paid by New York State in the
form of state building aid. This percentage will depend upon
State approval of the proposed projects.
