• Projected State Aid over time – approximately
40 per cent
• Average Annual Tax Levy Increase over the entire
district (all component districts included) - $144.26
• Tax impact will be layered in over a minimum of three
to four years

Summary
• The referendum will authorize, but not require, the District to
issue up to $99,511,321 of debt to fund the list of specified
projects
• The approved projects will be carried out and financed in
phases over a period of three to four years
• The District will issue debt to fund the projects at a series of
competitive sales over a period of approximately three to four
years, ensuring that it secures the lowest possible interest
rates
• Approximately 40% of the principal and interest on the debt
issued to fund the projects will be paid by New York State in
the form of state building aid
