Eagle Boys started operating in 1987 as one
small store in Albury, NSW. In the exciting years
since, we’ve rolled, topped and baked our way to

into the under-serviced regional towns of New
South Wales and Queensland, we’ve continued
to succeed in all kinds of markets by focusing on
the basics of local ownership, great service and

Eagle Boys Support Office
Based in Brisbane, the Support Office boasts a team of
highly skilled staff who work hard to help you grow your
business in areas including:

The team advises you on any operational or administrative
queries. Each Eagle Boys store is allocated a dedicated
Business Development Manager (BDM) who visits
Franchise Business Partners and stores regularly,
providing advice and guidance regarding the operation
and profitability of your store.
Training
Our people are our most important assets. We deliver training programs to grow and develop our
team members, from Franchise Business Partners and in-store staff, to our Support Office team
members. Training forms a critical function of the Operations Team as they deliver structured initial
and ongoing training programs to ensure we continue to deliver delicious pizzas and menu options to
customers.
Our number one priority in training is to ensure food lovers across Australia choose Eagle Boys
as their number one choice to feed their family by offering consistent quality products. We are
dedicated to ensuring our Franchise Business Partners achieve strong sales growth and optimum
profits through training programs to stay competitive and grow their business.
New Franchisee Business Partners
Eagle Boys Franchise Business Partners are trained
through a five-week program, which includes
information on how to operate, administer and market
their Eagle Boys business. During this time, you will
spend time in our Support Office where you will learn
business management, leadership and operational skills
through our tailored modules. You will also be placed
into an Eagle Boys Training Store with an existing
Franchise Business Partner that will mentor you as you
learn the day-to-day operations of your new business.
You will learn how to market your store on a local level
and how to best serve your customers through our
Exceptional Customer Service and Upselling Techniques
program. In addition to this training program, our
Operations and Training Team will provide you with on
the ground support when you open your new store.

Existing Franchisee Business Partners
Eagle Boys also operates our National Training College.
This is where Franchise Business Partners, in-store
team members and management staff can brush-up on
their business skills. These courses focus on business
planning, customer service, understanding the retail
award and motivational programs.
Makebench
Home to all things Eagle Boys is our online portal,
Makebench. Based on World Manager technology, this
program allows our Franchise Business Partners access
to everything from manuals, timesheets and operations
resources to download and ordering marketing
materials and access to all-inclusive forum, designed
to give Franchise Business Partners an open area to
discuss topics together and with the team at the Eagle
Boys Support Office.
Marketing
Eagle Boys has a talented and dedicated marketing
team to develop national and local strategies. Our
marketing team is vibrant, creative and ready to
help you drive customers through your doors. The
Eagle Boys Marketing team develops new products,
superior promotions, public relations, e-commerce and
sponsorship strategies and works closely with our
Franchise Business Partners to develop local marketing
programs that really work.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The “High Five” Incentive Program is an exclusive rewards
program for Eagle Boys. The incentive program rewards
Franchise Business Partners for achieving operational
excellence in their business, four times a year.
The program engages the Eagle Boys Support Office, Franchise
Business Partners and their team members by developing their
business skills through training, coaching and support and rewarding
Franchise Business Partners for their “High Five” achievements.
A Franchise Business Partner achieving “High Five” Champion
status has demonstrated that they are business leaders and
brand ambassadors in the Eagle Boys business and are awarded
points that are redeemable at the Eagle Boys exclusive “High
Five” website.
The “High Five” website has over 2,000 prizes that Franchise
Business Partners have the opportunity to select from as they
build a bank of points towards their prize redemption. Franchise
Business Partners have their own account on the website to
manage and redeem their prizes at a time that suits them.
The Eagle Boys Support Office is delighted to be able to offer this
exciting rewards program to celebrate all our Franchise Business
Partner’s achievements as they grow their Eagle Boys business.

SELECTION
PROCESS
We pride ourselves on making sure our Franchise Business Partners are set up
to succeed and a large part of this is selecting the right candidates up front.
You will be put through an extensive screening
process, which at any point will be ceased if you
are not the right person for us.
1. Initial enquiry
Simply complete our enquiry form and we will
contact you to discuss your options. After receiving
some initial information, if you are interested in
moving forward, we will provide you with a Deed of
Confidentiality and may request further details from
you.
2. Our call
Once we have received your Deed of Confidentiality,
along with any other details requested, we will then
contact you to arrange a time to discuss further - this
may be done either in person or via a conference call.
3. Work in a store
We suggest you spend time in one of our selected
Eagle Boys stores in order to observe first hand our
operations, and help you gain an appreciation of the
nature of the business and lifestyle of an Eagle Boys
Pizza Franchise Business Partner.
4. Investigate feasibility
Now, you should be prepared to investigate the
financial feasibility of our Eagle Boys business. We
strongly recommend you seek legal, financial and
business advice from qualified professionals.
5. Assessment
At this point, we will assess your suitability, both
personally and financially, to establish and operate
an Eagle Boys business. This assessment will
include discussions with members of our Operations
and Training Team, along with the completion of a
business plan and supporting documents.
6. Review
From here, we will provide you with a disclosure
document and a sample Franchise Agreement. We
will also review your business plan and your financial
arrangements. A final formal approval step will
involve a panel interview at our National Support
Office in Brisbane where you will discuss your
business plan with members of the Eagle Boys Senior
Leadership Team.

SELECTION
7. Due Diligence
Subject to approval, you will then be provided with
your Franchise Agreement in order to undertake
your Due Diligence. We recommend you obtain legal
advice in relation to this document. Once the 14
day period has expired, you will then return your
Franchise Documentation to us, along with payment
of the Training and Legal fees.
8. Training
Once we have received your Franchise
Documentation, you will then be invited to
participate in the Eagle Boys Training Program. This
program is a duration of approximately five weeks
and includes completion of the Eagle Boys Training
College (located at our National Support Office),
along with in-store training at one of our accredited
Training Stores.
9. Fit-out
Pending approval by the Operations and Training
Team, the process of site selection and construction
fit-out can commence in readiness for your
store opening.

In this flexible environment, start-up costs can vary from site to site and market to market. Costs
depend on whether you are purchasing an existing site from an existing Franchise Business Partner,
or undertaking a greenfield opportunity. On enquiry, your Franchise Sales Manager will take you
through all the options for your chosen area.
Some indicative costs are in the following information, however these can change at anytime without notice.

Standard Store: $35,000 +GST
Micro Store: $35,000 +GST
Drive-Thru: $35,000 +GST
ONGOING FEE’S
Franchise Fee – 6%
Ad Levy – 6.5%
IT Levy - $143 + GST per week
INVESTMENT REQUIRED
This will vary depending on site selected and associated works.
Eagle Boys will work with you and our appointed Project
Managers to achieve a costed scope of works for each location.
